Any spin and any bet can trigger the feature randomly. When this feature triggers, a low paying symbol from Ace to 9 will be revealed as the Megapays symbol.

One or more of the symbols on any spin will trigger a respin, and you’ll need 4 or more for one of the exciting Jackpots on offer. The Jackpot is progressive, so the Jackpot increases with every spin players make, which will all pool together to form an incredibly desirable pot.

Bonanza Megaways has always been a favourite to many even years after its release, but its popularity was slowly waning in favour of more modern games that built upon the Megaways mechanic in different ways.

Bonanza Megapays brings Bonanza back with a bang in an incredible fashion. Big Time Gaming could have easily made a brand new game with this Megapays feature, but by implementing it into Bonanza they’ve made an old game very relevant once more. It makes a lot of sense if you think about it, what better way to introduce a new feature than via a legendary title like Bonanza?

What remains to be seen is the reception of this new slot. Although the maximum win values of some slots are just as unlikely as jackpots are, players often retreat from Jackpot slots in favour of other games with an ‘it won’t happen to me’ mindset. It’s strange to hear that Jackpot games are often very unpopular compared to their standard slot counterparts, but it certainly seems to be the case.

We think that Bonanza Megapays looks great. As big fans with fond memories of the original we welcome a new version with open arms.
