Cash Lab Megaways Base Game and Features

Cash Lab Megaways is a 6-reel slot with up to 200,704 ways to win. Winning combinations are formed when 3 or more of the same symbol (or 2 or more of the highest-paying symbol) land from left to right, starting from the leftmost reel.

The minimum bet available here is £/€0.20 per spin and the maximum bet available is £/€200 per spin, with plenty of other options in between the two. Cash Lab Megaways has a theoretical RTP of 95.99%.

In terms of symbols, the highest-paying regular symbol here is the Red Gem, followed by Blue, Green, and Purple Gems. Low-paying symbols are standard Ace, King, Queen, Jack, Ten, and Nine. Wilds substitute for all other symbols except Scatters.

In true Megaways fashion, Cash Lab Megaways has both Cascading Reels and additional Sliding Reels in play. Each time a winning combination forms, all winning symbols will be removed and new symbols will drop down from above, filling all empty reel positions.

If a winning combination is formed using symbols from the additional Sliding Reels, they too will be removed from the reels and all remaining symbols will slide over to the leftmost position. New symbols will then be added to the rightmost position(s).

Max Megaways

During any random base game spin, the Max Megaways modifier can trigger. Once active, it will cause the reels to land with the maximum number of Megaways available (200,704).

Wild Link

Landing 1 Wild symbol opposite each other on the top and bottom Sliding Reels will automatically trigger the Wild Link feature.

Once this happens, all symbols on that reel will transform into Wild symbols.

Gold Link

If a Gold Wild symbol activates the Wild Link feature on the top or bottom Sliding Reel, it will upgrade the Wild Link feature to the Gold Link feature automatically.

Once active, it will award a stacked Wild symbol with an active win Multiplier to the reel. The random Multiplier will always be higher than the total number of symbols on the reel, including the Sliding Reels.

Cash Lab Megaways Free Spins

Landing 4, 5, or 6 Scatters across the reels triggers the Free Spins round, awarding 10, 15, and 20 Free Spins respectively.

The Free Spins round will start with 1 Sticky Wild symbol that is randomly added to the top Sliding Reel. If the Sticky Wild forms a win or a Link, it will explode and disappear during that spin. It will then re-appear for the next Free Spin, until the end of the Free Spins round.

Also during Free Spins, special L, I, N, and K symbols can appear. If any of these symbols land in view, they will be collected and activate a special letter panel above the reel set.

If all four L, I, N, and K symbols are collected, the special L.I.NK feature will trigger. Once active, you will be awarded +1 Sticky Wild that is randomly placed on the opposite Sliding Reel to the other Sticky Wild awarded at the start of the round, plus 2 Free Spins.

Added Sticky Wilds will always alternate between the top and bottom Sliding Reels, with the first one added to the top Sliding Reel first.

The L.I.N.K feature can trigger multiple times during the Free Spins round, with the possibility of landing more than one special symbol per spin.

If there’s one thing that iSoftBet excel at, it’s their Megaways games. In a way, it reminds us of Big Time Gaming’s Max Megaways in certain aspects, but it goes even further to make itself attractive to Megaways enthusiasts.

Up to 200,704 ways to win, Sticky Wilds and Gold Wilds, a bottom tracker and the Wild Link Feature stand out to make Cash Lab Megaways more than just your standard Megaways slot, of which iSoftBet has been guilty of making more than once. Sometimes it’s easy just to stick another skin on the ‘purest’ version of Megaways to churn out a quick release, but iSoftBet really nurtured this one.

The staple multiplier isn’t present in Cash Lab Megaways, but the Wild Link is an interesting substitute. Bonus round success depends quite heavily on filling up the LINK spaces a few times to give yourself a few sticky wilds, at which point the Wild Link Feature should trigger more frequently, and perhaps on every single spin if they align on the top and bottom tracker.

Excitement never feels too far away, and the potential is rather impressive at 20,000x as a maximum win.
