Platin stalling my withdrawal :(

Hi all so does anybody play on platin on here? I am worried they aren’t gonna pay me. I signed up last month and withdrew a small amount which was in my bank when I woke up all good :) they accepted my passport a couple of days before but my address proof wasn’t correct I didn’t get round to uploading another until the other night, anyway I withdrew a ok amount for me anyway :) and they took nearly two days to check one PDF bill all the while withdrawl still pending. Woke up this morning and the proof has been accepted all good thinking my withdrawal would follow but no it’s still sat pending. This is rubbish because I was told by chat yesterday that as soon as my address proof is verified my withdrawal will be processed but now they are saying that it’s “more than likely” gonna be done today and that they can’t make any promises cos they are being done manual. I’m sorry but it reeks of stalling, as I said it’s not a massive amount but enough for me, just seems odd that they are stalling for this amount are they in trouble financially? One thing it’s taught me is to stick to other casinos which don’t mess about and stall. I don’t mean it’s not very good customer retention to do this as it just puts ya off playing there again. I’ve read some horror stories as well on the trustpilot :(

Also might I add I would hate to win really big on here cos if they are stalling for medium amounts then they are in trouble financially IMO I am in the uk too so it’s not like I can play the money back cos I can’t reverse. I would hate to be In a country were reversals are still a thing
