Hi im new to the forum but have been a avid fruity slots watcher for quite some time i think your videos truly reflect how the casino world can be 

i signed up to casino lab awhile ago never had much luck on it but lately that changed, i had a withdrawal for 800 and another for 240 however that withdrawal failed due to not being the same method i used to deposit and since  then i have had my account restricted and now cant withdraw i keep getting failed, the customer service are helpful to the point i ask why 

 

can you guys lend a new user a hand and get this fixed for me please i asked them to manually withdraw it and just close my account if this is the trouble i have  to go to and simply have that remark overlooked by the customer service time with a answer of as soon as possible, its simply not good enough

So I did that through trustly with the IBAN they rejected it because it wasn't the method I used to deposit , since then my account is restricted I can't withdraw it just says failed even when I try to withdraw it to my original method and customer service just say as soon as possible they will investigated it, no other explanation not even a timeframe

Nowas not any of them kind of transfers it just said bank transfer, this was on videoslots tho so no idea if that options on casino grounds anywhere
