Party casino scam! Multiple retriggers legacy of dead

Can anone help please?!?!

I was playing on party casino yesterday afternoon on a 30p stake got a bonus and ended up getting multiple retriggers! 

 

 

After about 20 spins after that picture the website logged me out once i logged back in i then received this your session has timed out message which i kept coming after it kept saying game resuming which happened for about 8 hours 

i emailed party casino who told me they will look into it  as i wanted to continue with the spins i had left on my bonus and obviously collect my winnings so by the time i had woke up this morning after sending multiple emails during the early hours i was told they had sorted the problem so i went onto the game to resume the bonus spins it was no where to be seen nor was no winnings 

I just recieved an email saying they have gave me 30p and another saying they have gave me £1.50 with no explanation into where my bonus has gone or where my winnings have gone

Can anyone help please???

I know how u must be feeling, such deliberate flaws, glitches, error popups, page closing, and just when ur doing good and having a good experience like all casinos state that you will have at their casino, only to start having problems theres so many I could state and so aware of them all and any new glitches of any sort I notice straight away, it's a shame for it can really turn ur good feeling time into a horrible frustrated experience and not because of the win, it's the hassle, stress, more importantly they dont want u to win, and dont really care for ur loss, it's really a horrible thing to feel so disrespected, I dont like how they make me feel or looked upon as a person, with no guilt or conscience to show right from wrong, fair, unfair, ur dismissed like a mere nobody. I dont know if u pursued ur issue but I hope u did not sure at all of what the outcome would be good luck

Not all casinos of course are like that u just got to familiarize yourself with casino owners and their sister sites  I wouldn't have personally thought party casino would have been so miserably tight towards you and hence the way u feel, I quite like party casino I've never really had probs as such with them, bit surprised but it's worth noting even the good casinos can slide backwards. Can u imagine I single trustworthy, honest casino, that was fair to its name, it would probably gain all casino members from all platforms for it's all people really want it's to be treated fairly with respect

This is horrible, it happened with me on Unibet. I had screen shots, game play and everything. They refused to listen and sent me to their rules of a malfunction and l lost everything! I contacted SG GAMING actually found my game and said it was an issue Unibet side.

with all this I went to gaming commission took me 2 months and they still rules in Unibet favour! Absolutely waste of time and they can just say malfunction and they are covered. 
I wouldn’t hold out any hope of getting anything more than your £1.50 good will gesture

This is horrible! this would just wreck my whole experience/joy of playing slots if this were to happen to myself.
