PARTY CASINO ISSUES

hi guys,

not chatted on here .im a quite guy always keep my self to my self, 

always have fun watching you guys stream , on youtube,

not sure if this is the place to be asking for help,

but im going out my mind with partycasino , been a member there for many many years,

over the last 30 days ive been having issues with there bigbamboo slot push gaming,

i will play it  for about 3-4 days and out of no where i will get booted and unable to load the game again with some error,

i raise the issue with party and then after a few days it will clear and will be able to play again, this has happened now a 4th time complained again as its starting to really stress me out, 

ive sent endless emails screen shot and everytime i pop back for a update they ask for further screen shots  last 7 days alone ive sent 4 emails stating the issues clear in detail as anybody would even recordings and it happens in stages,,i have just been on live chat again and they have just stated they cannot help me now any further and not to contact them again and they will try and resolve with the game provider which they have also done several times over the last 30 days ,they also tried stating im getting angry due to having gambling issues,

also not the case as ive refused point blank to even deposit there again untill issues are resolved, 

im  a big player have limits in place to protect my self and im always in control , and only spend what i can afford ,

im currently about 1k down the last 30 days on bigbamboo most i play 20p spins as i know how volitile this slot is!!!! 

but sill my eyes thats 5000x losses and prob most ive hit on the days ive managed to play is 600x when i first started playing ,

now its not about the losses its the fact i cannot log in and play the casino and try again ,but cant  seem to get these issues resolved ,

is there any reps ive asked to speak to manager they do not speak to players ,

 am i asking to much to be treated right listened to as a player and get these issues resolved,?

i could just close my account and have done with the site but me being a player there for god knows 10 years plus you would feel they would try better to fix the issues,

i will add screen shots as i load the game, i can play elsewhere no issues just not party casino as this keeps happening

any advise good or bad would be really really appreciated,
