anybody else having trouble with withdrawals to RBS or NATWEST

i play at several sites owned by white hat gaming and apparently they are having trouble as to when you make a withdrawal to your card it fails, so they ask you for a bank statement to transfer the money that way but it never shows up i have been waiting since 17/04/2022 for my withdrawal from dream jackpot and a withdrawal from slots cafe and ever time i go to live chat feel like your being given the run around and they say thing like it will be with you i a few days. so you wait a few days  it does not show so you start all over again and again. i have been waiting for a total sum of £394.07 might not sound like a lot to some people but us small time gamblers its alot.
