Can you guys help do you have an account manager at Pokerstars ?

 

So absolutely fuming Pokestars casino have taken £400 deposit off me then lock my account because they want docs which they say on suspending your account they will be back within minutes to unlock account after kyc.

 

A completely false claim I deposited Saturday and then you email customer services and still nothing I have seen tweets to them and nothing gets resolved.

 

Please help to make matters worse it was the Mrs that setup the account.

I wish we could help but we dont have a direct contact at pokerstars at all and their marketing team wont get involved in player issues.
