Withdrawal trouble at temple nile

Hey guys first thing, been watching u guys for ages and Jamie your pure gold!

 

I've had some trouble with a withdrawal at temple nile they say I am In breach of number 13 on the terms/conditions going over the £5 max stake/bet amount. I haven't done gone over that sticking mostly to £2, I bought a £2 genie mega ways bonus and I'm guessing that's where they have voided my withdrawal. I'm disputing it as it was on a £2 stake amount and it does not warn me that I can't nor does it state in any of the terms and conditions. Can anyone help me with some answers thank you

Hey mate. Firstly thanks for the nice words.

 

In regards to buying bonuses I don’t see why the stake you bought the bonus at would be counted any differently. I’ll look at their terms tomorrow but unless they state that buying features breaches the bonus terms then I don’t see this as a problem.

 

Best thing would be to ask them clearly what game you went over the £5 max bet.

 

If you fail to hear back from them or disagree with there response then email us directly as we can see if we can help once you understand exactly what it is you went wrong on.

Hey thanks for responding, I sent a dispute email Monday morning but haven't heard anything back yet, they are normally fast at responding but seem to be taking this one slow. I've gone threw my whole account history and the only thing that sticks out is them bonus buys. I orso can't find anything on the terms and conditions relating to buy-ins. Thanks for the support and I will update you on this matter when I get a email.

I've just found a spin were it takes my whole balance then returns it the next spin, I've screenshot it on my account history. Maybe that is the reason
