Spotty Vegas account blocked

Hi I signed up about an hour ago to spotty Vegas deposited 50 pound and went on reactoon z got my balance to around 260 and it cut off and says account blocked does anyone have any ideas??

Have you another account with them? I think they have a live chat facility to contact them if not email them. They would explain what's what and get your account sorted

If you don’t get any satisfactory response from them you can email us and we can ask our account manager to look into it but she won’t be back until the new year.

Thanks everyone. It seems the chat was down that's why I didn't get them but I got in touch today and they said I need to send 3 forms of id my balance is still showing 240 real and 50 bonus so I'm hoping one I'd is checked I have access to the 240 to send to my bank.
