Disappointingly I am now a week post withdrawal with the account fully verified and no payment, seems I have to wait for manual authority. Would recommend testing a small withdrawal with Duelz as they are extremely slow with large ones!

Now Duelz have rejected my verification documents, asking for my ID again. 
 

I would be very wary of using them. 
 

Does anybody have any experience with them?

Not yet but think I made some progress today, they are now just verifying my bank details, so fingers crossed

Clearly making you jump every obstacle in the hope of finding you have broken T&Cs to avoid paying out, hope it gets sorted soon but it does sound promising
