UK Casinos are quite meticulous in their KYC checks. Checks may include:

• Proof of Address
• Identification 
• Source of Wealth 
• Bank Statements
• Wage Slips

The rules for UK casinos are quite stringent when compared to other markets, so even if you could sign up you'd be stopped in your tracks fairly quickly. Using a VPN to play at a casino that does not cater for your country is always risky.
