briggsygooner Posted March 1, 2023 Posted March 1, 2023 Good morning, I spoke to Scotty about this on the stream last night but I'm feeling concerned as the withdrawal is still saying processing and has been like that for over 14 hours now. I paid my deposit in by card and I'm withdrawing using something called Sepa. I've tried to email the casino but because my email is registered under Gmail.com on their website they will not speak to me as my email reads as googlemail.com instead which is the same thing. ive tried to change my email address to suit my account but its impossible to do so. any advice would be lovely. tia Quote
