I've just got a email back from temple nile about my withdrawal they have offered me £1000 out of the 5k withdrawal I made. So I was right about my withdrawal, them offering the grand is them trying to hush me up. What should I do?

The important part is :

 

did you buy the bonus on cash funds or bonus funds ?

 

if you bought on cash funds its not a breach of terms, however on bonus funds it can vary from casino to casino and most wont let you.

It was bought from the bonus funds, but doesn't say I can't on any terms. But the fact that they have offered me 1k and said if I was to accept this it would mean the problem would be resolved shows that they are in fault doesn't it? As why even offer me anything if I have actually breached any terms considering my 5k withdrawal came from a £50 deposit. So confused to how far I should take this.
