So I signed up to playsunny earlier today lads, hit the bonus funds, won a small chunk but was unaware you can’t take bonus to live, without any warming or anything all my funds was taken and they said u had forfeited my funds playing live, surely there should have been some sort of notice asking me or some sort of notification to go ahead with or decline. Pretty poor how they straight away just take it with no notice, I’m new to online slots, should have read the terms I get that but even there live chat is upto 48 hours reply

This happens a lot unfortunately but every site does things differently. Some sites won't let you go to live or they may display a pop up informing you that bonus funds can't be used for live play.

Others just refer back to their T & cs and there is not much you can do. Unfortunately we got caught out by not reading some small print about a restricted game and also lost a big balance because of it. It sucks!
