Chris990 Posted November 15 Posted November 15 Hi guys, Can anyone assist me with a withdrawal I'm having issues with. I’ve been signed up to Gentlemanjim’s for a couple of months (2/3 months) played on and off and withdrew £500 no issues received so fast. Yesterday I withdrew £1,600 had to submit KYC documents. I sent my provisional license front and back, bank card front and back and bank statement in full. I have been approved at every single other bookmakers / casino with this information but GentlemanJim’s have stated they won’t accept a provisional license. However, it clearly states on the UKGC’s website under every single piece of ID documentation that driving license (Full or Provisional) is enough alongside the other forms. Nowhere in Gentleman Jim’s terms or under identification documents does it state they don’t accept a provisional driving license. It simply states ‘driving license’ doesn’t even say Full driving License or we don’t accept provisional?! I’m totally confused as it’s never been an issue in the 12 years of gambling. A little embarrassed but I have anxiety / panic attacks over flying and driving typical! So don’t even own a passport and always used the provisional as I.D for anything. Surely they can’t do this when they haven’t specified In the terms and the fact the UKGC states this is an acceptable form of I.D everywhere on the site to do with licensing and KYC checks? Any help massively appreciated given its nearly Christmas and excitement has turned to disappointment. cheers! Quote
