Maria Posted June 22, 2020 Posted June 22, 2020 Hi Fruity slots. I used your link to join 21.co.uk. I made my first deposit 100 pounds and waited for my bonus to be credited. My first bonus was not credited. I went to live chat and she explained that after loggin, i should have gone to my promotion page, click and accept offer. But when you log in to 21.co.uk website you see(screen shot) and then you click offer page and you see (screen shot). There is no way someone using their site first time will go to my promotion page. Their online staff sorted it immediately which I am grateful for. Excellent service, quick and polite. PS. Try Tipping Point on 32 Red. It's exclusive to them and rather generous to me. Quote
