Ted Megaways-a wasted opportunity?

After the hype and the wait, got to say this game is very very disappointing. Ted is not my favourite slot anyway but they've managed to make it worse. All the decent inlay features have been scrapped except the worst one (mystery symbols) so the base game is very boring and the bonus is no great shakes either. They've gone for a kind of Return of Kong vibe whereby you collect tokens to increase megaways, but it seems too difficult to get very high, and of course the spins are rigged to make sure even with big megaways you don't win much. Can't see the potential on it to be honest. No doubt we will see some massive wins as we do on every slot, but I can't see it being that popular. I've bounced it a few times on different sites and stakes and all pays have been very poor. Would be interested in other views

Not played it to much myself I play lower stakes 40-60p range find it a nightmare to bonus and the wins not good at all may need some time to be broken in but must agree it’s lost it’s charm the original has one of my fav bonus of all time and I think many would agree in the ted free spins would of loved to of seen that taken in to the Megaways so you could of still had the tokens but extra wilds add think that could of been epic and a miss opportunity would be awesome as you went up the pyramid you could of had extra Megaways maybe removed lower paying symbols  And so on but time will tell
