6 months for me! Wasn't even remotely tempted. I just stopped altogether.

 

Did I miss it?

 

No.

 

Do I gamble now?

 

Yes. Very infrequently.

 

Do I still enjoy it?

 

Yes. Land based is always the one.

No in all seriousness i prob have had periods over the last 10 years where i havent gambled for months but i mostly always went back to playing poker at some point rather than betting or any casino/slots.

I’m currently 4 months without gambling just now after about 10 years, just about cost me my marriage so I’ve learned my lesson now and will just enjoy watching, to be fair it’s nice not having the worry of how bills will get paid when you’ve spent your last penny chasing your losses
