Why is it so secretive?

Is there a particular reason why no affiliates will ever engage in a conversation about what being an affiliate fully entails?

similarly, are people who sign up via an affiliates link aware of what that entails...for example some sites pay affiliates upto 30% of the losses incurred by an account holder for the life of the account....put simply sign up and deposit then subsequently lose £100. Your favourite streamer will likely end up being given around £30 of that money, crazy really.

I don't expect anyone involved in the site to respond to this in a meaningful way but it's a question that's worth asking.

The 30% your talking is ludicrous by a long shot from what Ive seen. Also why is affiliates for casino earning always questioned. My friend earns good money in the affiliate market on supplements shouldn't you be questioning these also.I get they make money on loses but at the end of the day they are not responsible for each persons loses nor there ability to control there own gambling habits. Personal I'd rather wealth was shared to many over Beeing put in the hands of few. At the end of the day it's there business if they choose not to talk about it you should respect it. If you want to wise up on the whole affiliation market maybe look into doing it yourself.

30% is not ludicrous Casumo pay 45%, your friends income sounds more like commission.

 

To say they aren't responsible for losses is an easy opinion to have, they definitely play their part. A lot of people wouldn't have accounts if it wasn't for casino streamers....it's effectively advertising for the providers. A big 1000x win on stream will see a huge increase in traffic for that particular game.....which effectively pays back the 1000x

 

I'm not asking for complete transparency but I do think they should at the very leyast make people aware of what actually goes on i.e sign up via this link which means that we receive this percentage of your loses.

 

I think the reason it's not spoken about is because the figures are so obscene, we aren't taking about a few quid here I would estimate it runs into 5 figures per months......tell me I'm wrong.

At the end of the day it ain't any of your business and to me you sound like quite a bitter person. Transparency not needed mate you click a link to sign up to casino from that moment it's not your business who's making money. If you was winning you would not be asking these questions. You know full well how big affiliation is almost every thing you search on Google takes you threw one even a toaster u may have brought someone else pocketed off it. Most punters (myself included) are going to play anyway so if we lose which most times inevitably we do (30 yrs playing) where does it matter where the money ends up? We play at casinos and once the money has gone we get nothing back from that casino. But the streamers we watch give us entertainment. Signing up with their links doesn't cost anymore than we would originally spend/lose

Everyone who plays slots loses, that's the whole point of slots. That isn't why this question was asked.

I'm not asking for a financial breakdown. What I think should be transparent is the arrangements of the affiliate program.

You clearly don't care, which is fine. But you don't speak for everyone, neither do I....that's the point of a forum discussion. Let's just leave it at that and hopefully we can have some sort of input from the streamers themselves.

do you tell people how much you get paid? if you dont like it, dont use any of the sign up links?

I want to know why it's such a secret, why no one involved will enter in to a discussion about it and why the terms aren't made clear to EVERYONE involved. A Google search and a brief overview of the affiliate program doesn't answer any of those questions.

it has nothing to do with me... but i quick google search brought up all about Affilate programs... and  TBH i dont care about how much they make.... but why dont you go and asked Classybeef, or Roshtein... cause i bet they get 100x more than fruityslots get....

as i dont care how much they make, it has nothing to do with me...

all you have done it signed up to moan about Affiliate programs, when it has nothing to do with anyone apart from the streamers
