Help: issues with Ladbrokes Casino

So, I received a free £50 bonus on the casino as a promotion with a £2,000 deposit requirement. Ok I understood all of that, any winnings within this promotion or any winnings with this bet require me to deposit that before withdrawing which I read in the terms.

However, I came out of the casino and said promotion, deposited £10 of my own money in a bet away from the promotion and won over £250. They are now saying it is still in conjunction with the promotion when it wasn’t and won’t allow me to withdraw. 
 

Anyone had this issue or can help?

Go back and fully read all the terms and conditions .. if you have taken a bonus that requires £2000 deposits before you can withdraw it will be across the whole casino , so any deposit after will go towards that promotion .. I could be wrong but I’ll have a look for you.

I’m assuming you meant wagering and not depositing ?
