White Rabbit not paying out.

[JayF2021]

Just had a bonus on William Hills site on White Rabbit Megaways on a £2 stake... Paid £164.80

This was not added to my balance and William Hills are saying they are investigating, how likely am I to get paid out?

Thanks

They say it is still with their tech team.. They are obviously in no rush.. I'm not desperate for the money but more intrigued to see if they pay it out.. I've never had a glitch like this happen so I'm unaware of how it works.

Upon Googling similar problems it's obviously rare.
