Has anyone ever had a casino refuse to give you the sign up bonus. I signed up to play luck as a newbie as I wanted to enter this months giveaway and I didn’t get the new sign up match bonus and when I ask live chat they said due to a management decision they’ve refused my request 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve never had this before just seemed strange

Guess it could be a few things mate, registered with sister casino, details may seem suspicious for whatever reason. Not easy if they don’t elaborate on the “management decision”

You know what I’d find really handy..not sure if it gives the right etiquette to show/present for a streamers site, actually can’t see why it would be bad.

but like a list which would show all the casinos which operate under a certain..platform (if that’s the correct terminology I’m looking for)

I know you have like: white hat gaming, Genesis, and loads of others.

but which ones let you have bonuses with sisters, which don’t.  So example..and these are probably wrong as I’m really not clued up with it.

also I used to play at 2 main casinos, which were very generous with deposit bonuses, however they really don’t give out anything at all now, could this be because I’ve registered with a few of their sisters?

Ah I never thought of this, I obviously have signed up to quite a few casinos and if I see one in the giveaways that I haven’t I always think it’s worth a £20 deposit as I have a chance of a giveaway prize and most casinos do a 100% match bonus. I just thought it was a personal thing but your reason makes more sense but yeah some kind of heads up would be nice just so you know where you stand and gives you a choice of signing up still or not bothering, thanks for giving it some thought I just took it personal lol

I do exactly the same, defo worth the punt, have you managed to win a prize in the giveaways..? 
I got lucky a while back, got £100. And the fruity lads are good at paying it out. 
 

but just be cautious, I think it was parabet or someone like that I signed up to, and got in the giveaway, however played a good bit of my deposit, then they blocked me from site, a lot of hassle later, and found out it was because I was with 1 of there sister sites, lost my bonus, and toke over 2 weeks to get last of money I had in there.

Yeah I won one of the last months giveaway so I’m buzzing, hoping it goes in before Xmas 🤶 I spent my deposit last night just expecting the bonus to be added and when I asked about it they said as long as I haven’t spent the deposit they could refund it 😂😂 bit late . It’s a shame because I doubt il do anymore deposits at that casino now
