I can only advise you totally verify yourself with Eagle Spins before placing a bet. As the support team takes forever to respond, 2 days and nothing. Gave them what they asked for which they accepted, but they cancelled my withdrawal and no email or nothing. Just blocked me from withdrawing and uncontactable in the support aspect.

This is my experience, others may be luckier but I’ve just wasted £700 cos I had no way of withdrawing it or contacting the casino in mention.

I can only suggest that you have a read here as Eagle Spins Casino is registered with the Gambling Commission under account number 39175.  It does recommend waiting a minimum of 8 weeks from your complaint date to resolve any issues, might I also suggest that if you can not contact the site directly whilst logged in maybe try using the generic contact options without being logged in to request their Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider without having to give up your identity to mitigate any possible attempts for them to slow the down the process.

They finally got back to me today. Closing my account with all jumpman gaming and didn’t even address any of my issues.

 

I would stay away and can show proof of the joke of a company they are. UKGC is my only option next.

They have yet to still give me a proper response to my complaint, taking over a week to reply and sent a reply on 8th November and not even acknowledged or replied yet.

 

Does any of the fruity team have a direct contact at Jumpman gaming or Eagle Spins? Registered through your website so hoping you guys can help.
