ccfc147 Posted January 18, 2020 Posted January 18, 2020 5 weeks ago I was playing Lil Devil on 50p stake. I’d got up to 39 hearts for the HEARTSTOPPER bonus, and the game crashed. When it reloaded, all the hearts had gone. I registered an issue with their help team, and they’ve come back today with an apology, but they can’t see anything wrong and that is the end of the matter - plus heres £25 to shut you up. it cost me in excess of £100 to get to that point and they’ve completely dicked me. FruitySlots Posted January 20, 2020 Posted January 20, 2020 wow thats madness. Very brutal. Unfortunately the sites cant put your game play back to where it was as they have no control on that end. I wonder what BTG would say in this instance and i wonder if others have had something similar with a progress style game? Quote
ryan131090 Posted January 20, 2020 Posted January 20, 2020 Sky Vegas are a joke I was playing quantum roulette last night and a message popped up I pressed cancel and with me pressing it it doubled my bet twice and spun and lost then they trying tell me I pressed it sites a joke Quote
