Myself, Jamie and Will are going to be filming a podcast this week discussing our journey from streaming to launching our own game studio.

For part of the podcast we would like to answer questions from our community.

Please feel free to post a question in this thread and we will do our best to answer it or pick the most relevant questions.

Please try and keep the questions related to slots and streaming. Some examples of topics you may want to know more about; themes, mechanics, maths, rtps, bonus buys, design, sound as well as more general questions around why we have decided to create our own games and how easy/hard its been already.

So guys, tell as more about the actual features that game will have? Any small ones in the base game or only in the bonus? 

What about gold bet? Do your game will have it?

With so many different slots and providers has it been quite hard to think of idea  to stand out from the rest of the providers or will this be something you work towards? 

Also if you are having bonus gambles will there be different games for UK and Non UK members who can buy one if they lose the gambles etc?

how did this journey of creating a slot as well as the collaboration with hideous all come about?

how did you all decide on what you wanted for the slot? (as you are all very different people with very different likes and wants from slots. i imagine you all have individually a certain type of slot you like to play in terms of how the slot feels, plays and is designed.)

did you all have different ideas or was you all singing from the same page from the off? 

how did you all decide on which provider you wanted to work with and has there being any disagreements with the process or has it been smooth sailing?

With the rise of high volatility games with larger max wins do u think to gain success in a slot this is something to look into or can in now day and age a low max win medium volatility slot still become a big hit

. Have you considered making a unique slot like BTG did with the  megaways mechanics and licensed it out to other providers? 

. Would you join up with other providers in the future to create a slot?

. How far ahead is your business  projection? 

how do you plan on keeping the players interested in your games, as there's several providers that players just don't enjoy.

would you create live games/table games in the future? 

How do you think your new games studio will affect those players from your community who are on gamstop?

In terms of the hype around it and you are setting up alot of competitions which involve those who can't play any of your games.

Because there is a lot of different legislations out for gambling across different countries, especially within the UK. As you've seen on the streams, a lot of people find it hard with gambling within the UK. In terms of this how have you made your slot to fit in with this but also be different from what is already out there. Of course a lot of people can do bonus buys, autospins etc but for people in the UK what would you say would draw them into your slot?

I guess all the good/intelligent questions have been asked.... So my question is ..

 

Do you fear that A.I. will one day ruin/take over slots, as in people will use a.i. platforms to create games/content. Also would slots be used in a VR matter? Like stick a head set on and be in the game and interact with the bonus themes to make it more entertaining. ?

Trying to think outside the box on this.

Final question,

Your USP is that you have been streaming for several years before you've gone down this route, so you have the vast knowledge of marketing, slots, providers, many contacts within the gambling industry etc , so have you found this process to be easier or do you feel under pressure because you have the extensive knowledge behind you to get this right?

As slots players yourselves with massive community’s, do you feel this has given yous an advantage when it comes to knowing what games types are most popular and  what games features people will be more drawn to? Have yous used this knowledge when designing your games?

Hi team.

I asked this question to 4ThePlayer ages ago but didn't get an answer - lots of games out there with handsome men and stunning women but i haven't seen too many with BAME, LGBTQ themes etc.  Why do you think there isn't a huge focus on diversity beyond the established stereotypes?  Do you think your studio can set the standard on thinking outside of the norms to better represent lots more communities?
