£500 Added Fruity Slots Poker Tournament - Sun 31st May

Guys, not only have the tournament dollars not been swapped for cash, my account has now been blocked.  The Fruity game was the only action I have done in the account for months so it has to be linked to the block

Party have now insisted that I open a brand new account with a new email address.  This is very strange

Hey everyone.

Unfortunately Party Poker made a huge error in thier tourmanet set up.

The total prize pool was set up to pay winners out in tournament dollars instead of cash. I have never seen this hapepn before.

I asked if they could rectiofy this and convert the tournament tickets for the winners into cash but unfortunately as players have alreaysed used some, if not all of thier tournament tickets they cant do this.

The email i recieved was:

Hi Josh,

So the Poker Room have investigated this and it looks like there was an error in the set-up. They have looked into the possibility of crediting the cash amount but unfortunately many of your players have already spent some of their Tickets so it won’t be possible to convert the winnings in this instance as many tickets have already been spent and it a far too complex issue now.

The issue has been addressed so it will be fine moving forward.

Obviously this is a huge shame and we are very dissapointed with them. Players still have the money they won but it is in the form of tournament tickets rather than cash.

We are paying £500 extra in cash ourselevs to the top 5 places in the tournament.

We are also asking for Party Poker to put on a freeroll for our players to make up for this big mistake.

We will keep everyone updated.

Guys-I knocked out Jamie with QQ v his AK on Sunday? How do I go about claiming the £50 bounty? I don't use Twitch and emailed Josh but just heard on stream just now not to email stuff so assume you have thousands of them! No rush just curious-cheers Michael

thanks for being open about this Josh. Not really anybody's fault-these things happen-maybe freerolls are the way to go in future as most people do it for fun , not the cash, and fruity could always throw some amazon vouchers at the winners if they wanted to top up. I'm still smarting over the fact that I went out early when some donk on my table went  all in with AK pre flop and of course flopped the Ace to beat my pocket kings!! That's what pisses me off about poker-yes there is a lot of skill involved in the way you bet and so on but you can still get beaten by bad rotten luck!

Im not sure what position i finished but im sure i was in the money tho. I havnt received any tickets i played on my phone so cant find the tourney to check the results out. Anyone have the results or could find them for me??

Think my tickets were added to the spins games ...when you click on the various levels it shows tickets top left of each box.
