Signed up to Queen Play and deposited £20 to enter this month's giveaway. Managed to spin it up to £330 and cash out.

Clicked cash out on 9th June, waited two days while it was in pending for manual checks. 48 hours later I received an email saying they needed front and back pictures of the card, I sent these straight away.

On 12th of June (1 day after sending images of card) they come back and say one of the images was blurry, and to re-send. I did that straight away. Now three working days later I've had no update whatsoever, live chat won't respond, support won't respond to emails, a bit stuck as to what to do next.

I am always a bit hesitant about these new sites, I had a similar issue with VooDooDreams who took 1 month to process a withdrawal. I just feel as though people should be extra cautious when signing up to untested sites like these.

To clarify, withdrawal made 8 days ago and it is still pending with a big 'cancel withdrawal' prompt. Customer service so far non existent.

Hoping it will be sorted today, I'm sure it will as the Fruity guys did a decent review on it, just a word of warning that withdrawals can take a while.
