Casumo casino problems

Hello, anyone had a problem with casumo, Especially with the verification process, I’ve verified my account  on opening the account, tried to withdraw £1000 on Thursday and bam, they want every document going apart from a DNA sample. 2 of my documents have been approved, just having hassle as my payslip is in welsh and they want the whole bank statement and all bank statements in my name and saving accounts 😳

yes they are now known to be extremely OTT on what docs and verifcation checks they want!

they have made it very hard for UK players

Any idea what I can do, or is it likely I can kiss goodbye to the £1000, I’ve been with them for over a year too

send them everything you can, they wont steal your money if you provide them everything they ask for

I've had the same problems. Verified everything when opening my account and have withdrawn over 12k. Stopped gambling for a good while and started doing small stakes, tried to withdraw £100 and they want verification again. This was on sunday and have been bugging the live chat every day for something to happen. Hopefully its sorted sooner rather than later!
