gusyonok Posted July 8, 2020 Posted July 8, 2020 Hear these terms a lot but what exactly does it mean? Are volatile slots those that can pay very big on bonus but can also pay nothing? Does it mean they don't pay in the base? Does it mean they are hard to bonus? Can anyone explain and give some examples of high volatility and low volatility slots? Thanks Quote
Fruity Scotty Posted July 8, 2020 Posted July 8, 2020 its a mixture of all really mate, to put it in easier terms, wild north = low volatile, pays little in the base game, bonus' frequently, but the bonus tends to also pay little Bonanza = high volatile, can pay astronomical in the base, can take 1000s of spins to bonus, bonus could be anything from 10x the stake or 10,000x your stake. Book Of Dead = medium volatile, can pay decent in the base game (up to 500x) and just average to bonus, the bonus can be again anything from 10x all the way to 5000x, but generally the bonus isn't too bad. Hope this helps. Quote
gusyonok Posted July 8, 2020 Author Posted July 8, 2020 thanks for taking the time to answer scotty-that does make it clearer-I take it you guys generally prefer the higher volatile slots? Quote
Fruity Scotty Posted July 9, 2020 Posted July 9, 2020 Always depends on what balace you have and what stakes you are playing, need to balance it out, i wouldnt go playing bonanza on a fiver with 200 in the balance, id try rise of merlin, moon p etc to try increase Quote
