Jsw2019 Posted April 29 Posted April 29 Never watched the series and or k ow much about it. The music seems good on this, but the slot is not a top choice of mine. Played it several times, and although the potential is there, just doesn't have the potential on all factors. The base seems very low on wins, and the features are bot as frequent as other games, also the fact the 3 features reset when you leave and re enter the game, although a visual, this outs me off wanting to play. The 1st squid game was a huge hit and still played by myself, but I feel a few changes could be made if another 1 was to be made. For example, you could have red light green light spins, with added wilds on green light, and multipliers on red light, or maybe a 5 stage bonus, in which you progress through levels, to obtain a bigger jackpot, and increase potential, and scatters on 1, 3 and 5, and the 3rd scatterbdetermunes what level you start on. Just a couple of ideas. 😊 Quote
StillCesar23 Posted April 30 Posted April 30 (edited) My first time playing this slot and it's a mixed bag for me. I found the spins were slow in the base game, the wild icon was eye-catching but never seemed to hit on much. The game itself feels a little dreary but the marble feature is a nice addition and triggers the bonus. The music matches the vibe of the slot, a sense of something impending but it could do with having more of a variation to it. The game definitely needs to be more zippy and could do with more surprises in base play. I feel that your enjoyment of the game depends on your knowledge of the series and how into it you are. I think I'll be fine without more Squid in my life. A generous 6/10 for me.   Edited April 30 by StillCesar23 missed out something Quote
jerpentleserpent Posted May 1 Posted May 1 1. I loved the series and think the brand is still definitely relevant.  2. The lack of base game audio is a negative and it feels like there's a bit of a void. 3. In general, not a fan of games where the bonus is triggered randomly by something collected to a pot. It's something Games Global does a lot and not really a fan of it. At least when it's X amount of scatters you have an idea of when you are close to triggering, which builds a bit of suspense. 7/10 from me Quote
Chrism89 Posted May 1 Posted May 1 (edited) 1. I think the brand is slightly relevant but the slot should of come out the same time as the season 2 release to gain more hype  2. The sound effects and game sounds seen very basic, compared to other games like Cluedo mightyways etc  3. Not keen on the bonus system, the original squid games slot was much better IMO. This one seems a bit boring in comparison 5/10 for me Edited May 1 by Chrism89 Quote

NoDeal Posted Sunday at 17:54 Posted Sunday at 17:54 1. Being a big fan of Battle Royal 1 and 2 it was nice to see Squid games pay homage to and bring BR to the masses via Netflix. On first looks it seemed low key and that something an AI agent might have dreamt up but after playing their was good details in the rising piggy wilds and the marble additions. The poker symbols were very a nice mix of elements of the series. This game is screaming out for the traditional Blueprint in-play feature make over like goonies and Rick and Morty, as the base game for this slot gets very boring after 5 minutes. Imagine the fun you could have we all in-play features and bonus rounds like Goonies 2 has etc, 2. There was NO Base Game Music on the version I played which added to the lack of atmosphere, it needed a mix of addictive Korean nursery rhymes, similar to the music when you get a bonus. Maybe even the music from the actual series? 3. The rising wilds are a nice touch but too often they miss a win and are too far on the right side. When I did get a good connection with the Squid Game symbol the win looked huge but paid hardly anything. The marble addition animation was nice at first but after a few minutes it quickly become slow and tiresome and slowed the game momentum down. The autoplay was too small and tricky to setup on my mobile and the settings reset every time it finished. I got the pots bonus after about 60 spins and as usual for these types of games it paid an upgraded mini for 60x which was ok but very predictable and dull. The 2nd bonus came after another 100 spins and it was the free spins bonus which paid 70x this had potential with the amount of wilds but the wins seemed slow and not exciting. I would score this a solid 7.2/10 (any game with mini pots and 3 feature pots are too common nowadays) as it became slow and dull with no music and it was hard to see where the big wins would come from. I would love a proper blueprint version of this brand and I think the community are crying out for a new Goonies and Rick and Morty fun type game which standard marbles, red marbles for hot mode and gold marbles for instant super feature etc... Rammasaur Posted Sunday at 18:45 Posted Sunday at 18:45 How does the game brand resonate? Is it something you enjoy, and do you want to see more of Squid Game? That fits in the game, Found every reference that was hidden there. Overrall nice one, a little too slow and max win shoud be at least 5kx. How do you feel about the music in this release? There is no music?? At least there was maybe some error in the sotes where i played demo game/ Do you have any feedback on the game engine/mechanics? I prefer way more to see, that I'll need 5 more blue balls for example to get bonus than teasing. Quote

Whuluvr Posted Monday at 20:20 Posted Monday at 20:20 I'm a big fan of squid game both the TV series and the first game , however was very disappointed with this release , firstly I have never liked the pop a feature slots when there were just a few of them end feel that now even more due to the amount of them now being released. I much prefer having the anticipation of a scatter tease landing. The music in the slot is ok if not a bit repetitive after a while but you can also say that for a lot of slots. The random wilds look to be a nice feature but rarely seem to connect to make anything substantial so again after awhile become a bit irrelevant. This is just not a game for me, so sorry to be harsh but I would give it a 3/10 Quote
