Dubai Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open only to individuals aged 18+ at the time of entry.
The winner’s guest must also be 18+ at the time of travel.
Only entries made through licensed casino operators are eligible.
Employees of Fruity Slots, Hideous Slots, Pragmatic Play (18+ | Play Responsibly), their immediate families, or affiliated agencies are not eligible.
Fruity may request proof of age and ID from both the winner and guest.
Entries from individuals under 18 will be disqualified.

2. Prize Details

A trip for two to Dubai, including:

Return economy flights from a major international airport (chosen by Fruity).
7 nights in a 5-star, all-inclusive hotel (selected by Fruity).
Airport transfers in Dubai.
Travel dates to be agreed upon but must fall within Fruity’s specified date range.
The grand prize is a holiday for two to Dubai, valued at up to £5,000. Fruity will aim to get the prize as close to this value as possible without exceeding it. The actual cost may be lower depending on booking specifics.

3. What’s Not Included

Travel to/from the departure airport in the winner’s country.
Travel insurance (mandatory, arranged by the winner).
Visa fees and required travel documentation.
Flight upgrades, additional baggage, or in-flight purchases.
Hotel incidentals (minibar, excursions, spa, etc.).
Personal expenses.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random (or via advertised method).
The winner will be contacted via [Platform/Email] and must respond within 7 Days.
Failure to respond, ineligibility, or inability to accept may lead to a replacement winner.

5. Conditions of Acceptance

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.
Both travellers must hold valid passports with at least 6 months’ validity.
Compliance with all travel regulations (visa, vaccinations, etc.) is required and the responsibility of the winner.
The winner is responsible for guest eligibility and conduct.

6. Guest Responsibility Clause

The winner must ensure their guest is 18+, has valid travel documents, and behaves appropriately.
Both must travel on the same itinerary.

7. Booking Deadline Clause

The prize must be booked and taken within 12 months of winner's confirmation.
Delays in providing info or agreeing on travel dates may result in forfeiture.
Fruity reserves the right to select both the hotel and departure airport.

8. Force Majeure Clause

Fruity and Pragmatic Play (18+ | Play Responsibly) are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond their control (e.g. natural disasters, travel bans, pandemics).

9. Substitution Clause

If travel to Dubai is unsafe or impractical, Fruity may:

Offer an alternative destination of equal value, or
Provide a travel voucher of equivalent value.

10. Disqualification Clause

Entries may be disqualified if:

Submitted via bots or automation.
Contains false or misleading info.
Violate platform or giveaway rules.
Manipulate or exploit the giveaway.

11. Liability & Responsibility

Fruity and Pragmatic Play (18+ | Play Responsibly) are not responsible for:

Travel disruptions, illness, lost or damaged items.
Visa refusals or missed flights.
Conduct of the winner or guest.
Expenses due to non-compliance.
Any applicable taxes related to the prize.

12. Visa Denial Clause

If the winner or guest is denied a UAE visa, the prize may be forfeited without compensation.

13. Publicity

By accepting, the winner agrees to the use of their name, username, and trip content by Fruity and Pragmatic Play (18+ | Play Responsibly) for promotion.

Consent will be obtained before publishing personal images/videos.

14. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for giveaway administration and prize fulfilment.
