Jasperleah Posted November 18, 2021 Posted November 18, 2021 Please can anyone help me, I signed up for heyspin and managed to beat wagering and withdrew £300 off a £25 deposit. Waiting a day and got a email asking for documents and it wasn’t until I went to upload that I noticed both my passport and drivers licence is out of date. They rejected it straight away and so I went on live chat and explained and whoever it was said it’s ok and try upload them again. So I did and just had a email another 48 hours later saying it’s been rejected. I’ve gone on to live chat and now been told it has to be in date 😩 does anyone know anything I could do or say please Quote
Mark Bowley Posted November 18, 2021 Posted November 18, 2021 you could renew your ID? lol sorry but i'm not sure there's anything you can say if they're insisting on an in date driving licence or passport Quote
Jasperleah Posted November 18, 2021 Author Posted November 18, 2021 Thank you looks like that will have to be what I do Quote
Jasperleah Posted November 18, 2021 Author Posted November 18, 2021 If anyone else reads this post and you signs up to heyspin just make sure you verify first before depositing and make sure all your id’s are in date lol as this is my first withdrawal 🥺 Quote

Whacky NZ Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 Leo asked me for passport but mine expired 2004 so my birth cert was other option. Seems silly asking for things not everyone has where as everyone should have a birth certificate. Quote
