Base Game & Features

Nolimit City returns to its trademark backwoods chaos in Catfish Hunters, only this time the target isn’t ducks or oversized swamp reptiles, but whiskered, binge-drinking river monsters. With a big clue in the title, it’s clear where this game sits in Nolimit City’s lineup, following in the footsteps of Duck Hunters and Gator Hunters.

However, once the game loads, you’re not greeted by the usual reel layout or Scatter Pays mechanic. Instead, this game resembles another Nolimit City release, Ugliest Catch, only these fish are far better-looking, and Cousin Cletus & Karen come along for the ride.

The xWays mechanic makes an appearance as the game’s sole xMechanic, joined by Fish Prizes and Electrical Frames that give off a similar feel to Push Gaming’s Fish ‘n’ Nudge Big Catch. Each spin may reveal a healthy spread of Electrical Frames that help scoop up Fish Prizes.
