Are you ready to open your mind to the magical possibilities that Alice in WildLand has to offer?
Then let’s get going…we are late after all!
Alice in WildLand Slot Theme
SpinPlay Games has done an impeccable job of capturing the idea of ‘Wonderland’ and making it into a fantasy-themed slot game for us to enjoy.
The dreamy background is only a snippet of what this game has to offer. With vibrant colours throughout and an array of sound effects, it certainly lives up to expectations when you think of Wonderland.
Sticking with the theme, SpinPlay Games has included all our favourite Wonderland characters. Alice, the Cheshire cat, the White Rabbit and the Caterpillar are all present and accounted for, it just wouldn’t be Wonderland without them.
We can safely say that SpinPlay Games has fulfilled their duty in providing players with an authentic Wonderland experience.
Alice in WildLand Betting And Symbols
SpinPlay Games has definitely catered to their players with regards to betting. For Players who prefer a more low risk gameplay experience, the minimum stake available is £/€0.20 per spin.
For those who choose to ‘Go Big’, the maximum stake available is £/€30 per spin. However, there are stakes far and few between to choose from.
When we take a look at symbols, the highest paying symbol falls to the Cheshire Cat which also acts as a wild, followed by Alice, the White Rabbit and the Caterpillar.
Low paying symbols are also present, starting with the Drink Me Bottle, then onto the Eat Me Cupcake, a Mushroom, Spades, Hearts, Clubs and Diamonds.
Alice in WildLand – Base Game and Features
Alice in WildLand consists of 40 pay lines. To form a win, you’ll need at least 3 symbols to connect across any of the 40 pay lines, with line wins beginning on the leftmost reel.
Looking past its mesmerising visuals, the first thing you’ll notice is how Alice in WildLand is played on two reel sets.
Either reel set may pay if symbols connect across any of the 40 pay lines, but having two sets of reels does more than just give you two reels to win on.
Alice in WildLand features a Copycat Wild Feature, which serves to take the Wilds that may land on one reel, and copy it onto the other.
During gameplay, if an entire reel of Cheshire Cats lands on either reel set, it will then duplicate itself to the remaining reel set in the exact same position.
This feature is great in turning what may have otherwise been a losing combination into a winning one on the other reel.
The Cheshire Multipliers feature may trigger up to 6 Cheshire Multipliers.
If an entire reel of Wilds land on identical reels of both reel sets, then the Cheshire Multiplier is awarded.
Awarded Cheshire Multipliers are added together, and then the line wins are multiplied by this multiplier.
The possible values are 2x, 3x, 5x, 7x and 10x.
Alice in WildLand Free Spins
To trigger Free Spins, you’ll need at least 3 Scatters.
- 3 Scatters – 10 Free Spins
- 4 Scatters – 15 Free Spins
- 5 Scatters – 25 Free Spins
- 6 Scatters – 50 Free Spins
In Free Spins, Wild Stacks Nudge to fill the entire reel, and because of this the Copycat Wild Feature triggers.
If a Wild Stack nudges on the same reels on both reel sets, then a Cheshire Multiplier is also awarded.
Scatter Symbols are also active during Free Spins too, so there’s even a chance that you can retrigger the feature.
Alice in WildLand – Our Verdict
Alice in WildLand certainly has some thrilling features, and some weird ones too to compliment the eccentricity of Wonderland itself.
Is it the best depiction of Wonderland we’ve seen in a slot game? Probably not, but there’s plenty of positives about it regardless.
The dual reel set is an interesting concept, and how they work together with the Copycat Wilds and Cheshire Multipliers Feature certainly can be impressive at times.
What’s even more impressive perhaps is the statistics.
Alice in WildLand has an above average RTP at 96.33% and a great maximum win capability of 12,000x. Whether this win capability is just a theoretical figure or a realistic one remains to be seen, but overall we think that SpinPlay Games has done a decent job in bringing the weird and wonderful world of Wonderland to life in slot form.
