Lost City of the Djinn Slot Review 2022

The hunt is on to find the magical lamp, free the Djinn and have all your wishes granted, in Thunderkick’s latest release, Lost City of the Djinn!

Lost City of the Djinn is a brand new slot from Thunderkick, which is inspired by the stories of the 1,001 Nights. Mysterious adventure and plenty of riches await you, deep in the ruins of the Lost City of the Djinn. In order to free the Djinn and his powers, you must first find the magical Lamp if he is to grant you all your wishes.

Thunderkick is definitely the Provider to tease us the most when it comes to their new releases, leaving quite the time gap between them. Lava Lava was the last Thunderkick title to grace our screens back in March, and since then we have been patiently waiting for the next one to come along. Now that it’s here, is Lost City of the Djinn worth the wait?

Looking into theme, if you happen to love Dinsey movies, Lost City of the Djinn may remind you of Aladdin. Now it could just be coincidence, but we are pretty sure we said the same thing about Lava Lava and how it resembles another Disney title, Moana. Maybe Thunderkick are feeling a little inspired by these particular titles, but either way it will be interesting to see where they go with their next release.

Thunderkick has opted for some excellent cartoon style graphics, which work nicely with the Middle Eastern theme. The background isn’t the most detailed we’ve seen, but this soon becomes a minor detail when you are met with bright and cheerful colours on the reel set. Like many Thunderkick titles, there is nothing terrifying about Lost City of the Djinn, which falls into their more cute and cuddly slots collection.

Will you be able to free the Djinn and reap the rewards? Let’a play on and find out!

Lost City of the Djinn: Our Verdict

The Lost City of Djinn really does scream Baron Bloodmore and the Crimson Castle, which was a may 2021 release from the same provider which took us to a dark castle inhabited by Baron Bloodmore.

Baron Bloodmore enjoyed ample success from Thunderkick fans, and it created some new ones with some exilerhating gameplay and big potential.

Lost City of Djinn really just is another Baron Bloodmore in essence, but with a middle eastern theme instead.

The maximum potential of Lost City of Djinn is 25,000x, which is identical to that of Baron Bloodmore, but the RTP is slightly lower which could make it a 2nd choice for those pondering between the two.

Thunderkick are a reliable provider and you always sort of know what to expect with them. That’s not to say they’re predictable, but each and every release abides by a certain standard, which makes every release as dependable as the last.

Overall, if you’re looking for a Thunderkick fix then Lost City of Djinn is a good choice, but it’s no better a choice than Baron Bloodmore.

At the end of the day, preference will decide which one you choose. Dark Vampire or Arabian nights?
