Crazy Ex Girlfriend is a highly volatile release from Nolimit City, featuring a reel configuration of 2-4-4-4-4-2 across 6 reels & 1,024 ways to win. Paytable symbols trigger wins when 3-6 matching symbols land on adjacent reels, starting from reel 1.
The highest-paying symbol is the Ex Girlfriend, followed by the Bunny Boiler, Cat, Ex Boyfriend, Poison, and A, K, Q, J, & 10 card ranks. After a winning combination has been determined on the reels, a fixed payout between 0.05x and 1x your bet is awarded.

Our Honest Verdict
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is built around a set of features that focus on gradual building rather than sudden hits, which is similar to slots like Outsourced, Seamen and their latest release Bizarre, which relies on a gradual build-up of symbol multipliers or wild multipliers to become effective. Most of the gameplay revolves around multipliers increasing across the grid and symbols holding in place during extended sequences.
Rebound Spins are the most important part of the slot. Wins stay fixed, non-winning positions respin, and those positions gain +1 to their multipliers on each respin. A new respin is awarded whenever the win improves, repeats a winning symbol type, or includes wilds or scatters. The feature ends when nothing advances the current win.
xSplit gives the slot an extra layer of growth. When it appears, every multiplier on that row doubles, and empty positions gain an initial x2 value. Additional splits continue to double existing values, which allows a single row to scale faster than the rest of the grid.
