Base Game & Features

Monopoly: Cash is King is a highly volatile 5-reel, 3-row video slot with 25 fixed pay lines. Wins occur when 3, 4, or 5 matching symbols land on adjoining reels, starting from reel 1, across connecting pay lines.

The Train is the highest-paying symbol available, followed by the Car, Lightbulb, Tap, Iron, and Red, Green, Blue, Purple, & Teal Houses/Hotels. At the end of a spin, each winning combination awards a fixed payout between 0.2x and 40x your bet.

Additionally, Wild symbols appear on reels and substitute for all symbols when part of a winning combination. Wild symbols pay 40x your bet for a full 5-of-a-kind winning combination during spins.

Feature Reels

Feature Reels sit directly above the main reel set, with only the 3 middle reels active during the base game.

The outer Feature Reels remain locked & can only display Feature symbols once unlocked by Mr Monopoly. Street Cards are the only symbols able to appear across all 3 Feature Reels. In the base game, the middle Feature Reel can land Community Chests, Street, & Chance Cards.

Cash Stickers

Symbols that land on the first 4 reels can randomly reveal a Cash Sticker in the bottom right corner. Each Cash Sticker awards a random Cash Prize between 1x and 5,000x your bet. The 4 highest-paying Cash Stickers are displayed on a separate menu just outside the main reel set.

When Mr Monopoly lands on the fifth reel, if there are fewer than 6 Cash Stickers in view, he will collect the Cash Prize from each one & apply it to the total win of the spin.

Community Chest Card

The Community Chest card can appear only on the Middle Feature Reel. Once in view, alongside a Mr Monopoly symbol, the Community Chest opens to reveal one of the following Modifiers:

• Win Multiplier: Applies a random value of x5, x10, x15, x20, or x25 to all line wins in that spin.
• Random Wilds: Awards between 2 and 4 Wilds to random reel positions in the same spin.
• Wild Reels: Guarantees 1 or 2 reels are completely filled with Wilds.

Street Cards

Street Cards are restricted to Feature Reels and display a payout table showing the available Prizes for 1, 2, 3, or 4 Houses, as well as Hotels. When a Street Card appears alongside Mr Monopoly, each House & Hotel on the reels instantly awards its Prize. The exact Prizes depend on the colour of the Street Card as follows:

• Blue Street: Awards 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x, 3x your bet for 1, 2, 3, 4 Houses & 1 Hotel, respectively
• Purple Street: Awards 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x, 3x your bet for 1, 2, 3, 4 Houses & 1 Hotel, respectively

Hold & Respin

If Mr Monopoly lands alongside 6 or more Cash Stickers in the base game or Free Spins mode, the Hold & Respin feature triggers with 3 Respins. All Cash Stickers during this mode convert into full-size Cash symbols, which remain locked in place until the end of the feature.

In addition, only Cash symbols & Blanks appear on the reels at this time. Each time a new Cash symbol hits, it will reset the Respins Meter to 3. This feature concludes when no Respins remain, or the grid is filled with locked Cash symbols, at which point the total value of all Cash symbols is awarded.

When Mr Monopoly lands in the same spin as 4+ Cash Stickers, he may randomly add 1-2 additional Cash Stickers to the reels, which guarantees to trigger the Hold & Respin feature.

Monopoly Cash is King: Free Spins

The Chance Card on the middle Feature Reel, alongside a Mr Monopoly symbol, triggers the Free Spins mode, awarding 5 Free Spins. If Mr Monopoly lands in the same spin as a Chance Card during this mode, an additional +5 Free Spins is awarded.

Before the Free Spins mode begins, Mr Monopoly moves to the central position on the fifth reel and remains there until the end of the feature. During this time, all 3 Feature Reels are active, although the left & right reels begin covered & can only land Street Cards.

If a Street Card does land in the middle Feature Reel, the remaining two feature reels will uncover for that spin, triggering all 3 Street Cards in sequence. Randomly, at the end of a Free Spin, the last reel may nudge to reveal a Mr Monopoly symbol.
