Nolimit City continues to build upon their well-deserved reputation for pushing boundaries that stick, and Super Sized is another good example of a memorable idea. They first visited the idea of being rather overindulgent in Gluttony, though neither that nor this quite compares to the overindulgence seen more recently in Shady Lady’s Suck.
Supersized tones things down when compared to that and Nolimit City’s own darker, razor-edged humour found in Kenneth Must Die and Home of the Brave, opting instead for a lighter, more playful theme. Visually, it feels far more at home with titles like Flight Mode and Loner, proving that even Nolimit City can ease off the shock factor while their confidence still shines through…
Base Game & Features
Supersized is a highly volatile (10/10) video slot with 5 reels, 5 rows, and 259 connecting win ways. Paytable symbols determine winning combinations when 3-10 of the same instances land on adjacent reels, starting from reel 1.
The Staff Member is the highest-paying symbol, followed by different items of clothing and A, K, Q, J, & 10 card suits. After each winning spin, all winning combinations award a fixed payout between 0.1x and 20x your bet. Additionally, Wild symbols can land on all reels except 1, substituting for all symbols when part of a win.
Clone & Press Symbols
Throughout gameplay, Clone & Press symbols may appear in view. When a Clone symbol hits, it creates a copy of its respective reel. The copied reel is inserted to the right of the original reel, unlocking up to 10 reels in a single spin.
Alternatively, the Press symbol, which appears on all reels except the first, removes all symbols below it on the same reel. Once this happens, it will then transform into a Wild symbol when it reaches the bottom row. If a Press symbol initially appears on the bottom row, it will not activate.
Brown Nudge Delight
Another symbol to look out for is the Brown Nudge Delight icon, which appears on all reels except the first. Once in view, it will spread horizontally across the reels, replacing all symbols it covers with Wilds.
Germinator
The Germinator symbol may only land during a Free Spins mode. Each time it appears, it will remove the lowest-paying symbol for the next spin, awarding an additional +1 Free Spin. If more than 1 Germinator symbol lands at the same time, they will remove the lowest-paying symbols according to the paytable.
Should all 10 paytable symbols be removed by the Germinator symbol, the max win potential of 12,345x the bet is awarded.
Big & Win
Wins are awarded throughout gameplay when a Win symbol lands alongside 1 or more Big symbols. However, Big symbols are considered ‘dead’ if they land without a Win symbol. The payout is determined by how many Big symbols are present at the time the Win symbol hits:

- 2 Big symbols: 25x your bet

Landing 3 ‘Fatty’ Scatters in the base game triggers the Fat Spins Bonus, awarding 5 Free Spins. In this mode, the cloned game area returns to the standard 5×5 matrix with each new spin.
Fatter Spins
Alternatively, triggering the Fatter Spins Bonus requires 4 ‘Fatty’ Scatters to land in the base game, awarding 7 Free Spins. During this mode, if a Clone symbol lands, all additional reels are locked for the next spin. Otherwise, the matrix resets back to the original 5×5 setup.
Fattest Spins
The final mode, Fattest Spins, is triggered by landing 5 ‘Fatty’ Scatters in the base game, awarding 9 Free Spins. Throughout this mode, the cloned game area and additional reels do not reset between spins. If more than 5 ‘Fatty’ Scatters land during this time, each one awards an additional +2 Free Spins, respectively.
Extra Spin
Players may have the option to purchase an additional Extra Spin when a Free Spins mode ends. The Extra Spin will continue the state of eliminated symbols and the number of reels from the previous spin, based on the active Bonus mode.
The cost of the Extra Spin is calculated based on the number of reels & eliminated symbols on offer. If the cost of this option is less than or equal to the total win of the previous spin, the Extra Spin option will be granted.

Our Honest Verdict
Nolimit City slots come in many shapes and forms, fat, thin and fantastic all the same.
Supersized doesn’t quite play like a ‘conventional’ Nolimit City slot, if there is such a thing. We’re used to swathes of slots which use xMechanics like the xWays, xNudge, or alternatives/variations of them, utilised in a surprisingly versatile way.
Few slots in their catalogue stray from this status quo, but Supersized is one of the few, relying instead on Clone, Press, Big & Win Symbols and a delicious-sounding Brown Nudge Delight to carry it.
It’s not massively difficult to understand, but though devoid of the X’es that you might be used to, it’s still a Nolimit City slot through and through. Potential? Check, it’s got 12,345x the bet as a maximum win. A blend of disgust and intrigue in equal measure? Check again. The greaseball serving the food hates only two things more than his job: customers and personal hygiene. It’s a recipe for disaster that somehow results in delicious burgers and a surprisingly scrumptious slot.
Players will enjoy Supersized not as a mammoth of Nolimit City’s catalogue or any kind of notable headliner, but as a silly and yet another effective showcasing of their aptitude.
The Clone and Germinator features deserve a special mention here, with the Clone feature lending itself especially well in its various Free Spins modes, of which there are three. It’s typical Nolimit City in that regard, as is the ability to buy an Extra Spin if the calculated cost is less than or equal to the win on the previous spin. This feature is a stroke of genius when things go right, and it requires some minerals, but also quite dangerous in ungrateful hands.
All in all, we think Supersized is another memorable offering. Hilariously gross and deliciously capable.
