Over the past eight years, we have seen significant changes in our streaming operations. We’ve built ourselves an audience and a Fruity community.
Other than that, the quality of our streams has changed. When you start as a streamer, you begin with the bare minimum. A basic Temu-looking microphone, a desk, a chair, and vibes.
As streaming has grown in popularity, people have seen gamers like Pokimane and Ninja improve their setup and the quality of gaming, and that is another thing that has happened to our Fruity streams.
Although streaming slot games don’t require a complicated setup, ours has gotten better!
Without further ado, here are five Fruity streams changes that we have made from then to now!
1: Better Camera Quality
In our old streams, our camera quality was ok, but you can see the HD effect in the new ones. To be clear, our quality was never bad, but you can see the difference if you watch recent streams compared to now.
The lightning and setups were whatever our streamers had in their background. Fast forward to now, and everything is better. We have moved our streamer from the left to the right side and blurred out the background to give our full attention to the slot game.
Our framing is much better on camera, with the focus on the slot game being our sole focus for our viewers to enjoy!
2: Content Style
We have continued our streaming roots throughout our journey in the online world, but we have evolved with the slots we play. Back in the day, our content consisted of streaming, but we were more focused on bonus hunting and bonus compilations.
If you look at our content now, we have evolved to posting highlights of our streams, such as our biggest wins. We even review new slots now on stream.
Since building a reputation for the brand, we have had the incredible opportunity to play freshly released slots, whereas before we’d play slots we liked with high stakes.
We still play with higher stakes, just with better bankrolls and more connections!
3. Our Streamers
At the beginning of Fruity Slots, our streamers were Jamie and Josh, our founders. As we have grown, priorities and job titles have shifted to new people in the team. This includes Scotty, who has been with us for a few years, and Aisley, who joined us later.
We know some of you miss those Josh and Jamie streams, but adding new streamers to the mix gives us the chance to mix it up when we stream and to let our community see everyone’s different personalities and game strategies.
Plus, the boys still come together during slot battles, so the old format is not completely gone.
4: Variety In Slots
Once upon a time, our slot selection consisted of high volatility games with big wins. However, these days we like to mix it up with new and underrated slots.
What you will notice is that we solely focus on slots, whereas in Fruity’s early days, we’d sometimes play other games like live casino roulette.
Our reasoning for focusing on slots is that they are what our streamers know best, and there are hundreds of new slot releases every week. We have the opportunity to try out various mechanics and games with our community, which is more interesting than watching a ball spin to land on red or black, to be honest.
5: Our Presentation
As cliché as it is to say, we present ourselves now with more confidence than ever. Notice how knowledgeable our streamers are on the games they are playing.
Furthermore, our streams are less chaotic than before. You won’t hear as many screams of terror in our cut videos, because our editor is solid. Remembering our old streams, which were more uncut, you’d see more reactions from the chat and moments of despair.
However, if you tune in live to our streams, you will see our improved presentation with a flicker of the old explicit Fruity Slots style.
