Raven Rising Base Game and Features

Raven Rising is a 5 reel slot with 20 fixed paylines. Winning combinations are formed when 3 or more of the same symbol type lands from left to right, starting from the left-most reel.

Raven Rising features Cascading Reels. Each time a winning combination is formed, all winning symbols will be removed from the reels and new symbols will drop down from above. Once a Cascade occurs, there is a chance that more winning combinations will form.

Progressive Multiplier

In Ragnarok Free Spins, the Progressive Multiplier is increased by +1 for every winning symbol that is removed from the reels and does not reset between spins.

Landing 3, 4 or 5 Raven Scatters across the reel set triggers the Ragnarok Free Spins, awarding 7, 10 and 15 Free Spins respectively.

Before you can begin your journey through Ragnarok, you will be met with a Ragnarok Gamble feature. Here you will be able to Gamble your current amount of Free Spins for more, up to an extra 7.

Raven Rising is one of those slots that just catches your eye when you’re scrolling through the list wondering what to play. Its prominent logo sticks out as an inviting temptation for those looking for something action-packed, but does gameplay compliment its alluring aesthetic?

In Norse mythology, Ragnarok is said to be a series of events that tell of great battles and the destruction of the world, yet the Base Game seems a little calm. Could it be the calm before the storm? or is Raven Rising just not the end of gods and men as it was fortold?

Don’t worry, Ragnarok and all of the stunning and explosive visuals that you’d expect kicks in when it comes to Free Spins, and so does the explosive gameplay.

While Raven Rising does well to keep the player entertained in the Base Game with progressive multipliers, the ante is well and truly upped in Free Spins where a multiplier of +1 is added per winning symbol, rather than winning combination. For this reason, you’ll be on the edge of your seat as you sit in awe of multipliers unlike anything you’ve seen elsewhere, but the wins for lower paying symbols won’t be as huge as you’d expect them to be.

However, If you’re lucky enough to grow the multiplier exponential values of 100x+, then even the smallest of wins can glow up the balance quite nicely. Overall, Raven Rising is a decent offering from Quickspin with some nail-biting moments, but a higher maximum win cap would have made it even greater.
