Base Game & Features
Consisting of 5 reels and 3 rows, Gold Party 2: After Hours offers the standard mechanic of 25 fixed pay lines. Wins occur when 2-5 matching symbols land from left to right, starting from reel 1.
There are 10 high and low-paying symbols, represented by Irish icons and card suits (A-10), awarding payouts between 0.2x and 4x your bet, where applicable.
In addition, Wild symbols appear on reels 2-4, substituting for all symbols except Money Icons. Please note that Wilds do not appear in the Money Respin feature. Wild symbols can carry a random Multiplier of x2, x3, or x5.
The Wild Multiplier, if present, applies to all wins that connect to it. Alternatively, if more than 1 Wild Multiplier is part of the same win, their values are added together and applied.
Copy Reels
In the base game, whenever a full stack of the highest-paying (leprechaun) symbol appears on reel 1, it will copy its contents over to 1 or more reels, replacing any symbol or special icon directly below it.
Golden Pots
Golden Pots act as Scatters and are responsible for triggering the Money Respin feature.
In addition to single Golden Pots, reels 4 & 5 can reveal Double Golden Pots, which count as 2 money symbols. During Respins, Golden Pots transform into Money symbols, revealing a random value between 0.2x and 200x your bet.
Ante Bet & Bonus Buy
Players outside the UK jurisdiction will benefit from a Bonus Buy & Ante Bet feature.
For an additional 100x their current bet, players can head directly into the Money Respin feature.
Alternatively, players within the UK and other countries can participate in the Ante Bet feature, where only 5 Golden Pots are needed to trigger the Money Respin feature. With this option active, your bet increases by 20%.
Please note that the RTP for both options remains fixed at 96.50%. This game has a max win cap of 10,312x your bet. If this figure is reached, the game round will end, and players will return to the base game.
Gold Party 2: After Hours Bonus
When 6 or more Golden Pots land in the same spin, it automatically triggers the Money Respin Feature, awarding 8 Respins. Alternatively, only 5 Golden Pots are required to trigger the Money Respin feature when the Ante Bet function is on.
Once the Money Respin feature is active, the singular reel format transforms into 4 matrices of 5×3. During this round, paytable symbols are removed and replaced with Money, Super Pot, Bonus Awards, Multiplier, and Extra Spin icons.
Each special symbol that lands across the 4 matrices is held until the end of the feature. This continues until Respins are complete or all positions are filled. The additional symbols award the following outcomes:
- Super Pot: This symbol, when in view, acts as a standard Money symbol. However, each new spin increments its current value between 0.2x and 200x your bet, respectively.

Bonus Awards
During the Money Respin feature, 4 Jackpot Prizes of Mini (20x), Minor (60x), Major (320x), and Grand (10,000x) become available. Each Jackpot that hits is collected into its respective meter and awarded when 3 matching icons have been achieved.
If a matrix is filled with 15 symbols, a Multiplier of x2, x3, x5, or x10 is applied to all values at the end of the feature.
Our Honest Verdict
After being too quick to label Gold Party as ‘mediocre’ for its basic aesthetics and outdated features, we went into the sequel with an open mind and high expectations.
When comparing the two releases, it’s clear to see that Gold Party 2: After Hours has receieved many vital upgrades and enhancements, while keeping the rich Irish theme and party vibes intact.
The upgrades we’re referring to is the boost in max win potential, as well as the addition of Super Pots. Everything else, including the 4 matrices located in the Money Respins feature have all remained the same, which is great for loyal fans of the original Gold Party slot.
Another noticiable difference is the lack of Jackpot Prizes above the main reel set in the base game. It could well be an error on Wild Streak Gaming’s part, yet it sparks an element of surprise in the Money Respins Feature.
As mentioned previously, this release has been paired with a generous max win cap of 10,312x your bet. This, along with the subtle, yet promising, changes to gameplay create an engaging atmosphere for players to unwind and have fun.
