In these back-alley cage matches, there are no rules. One minute you’re fighting for glory, and then you’re flat on the floor. Is Street Knockout worth getting up for? or should you wait for the count of 10 and see yourself off in an ambulance?
Slot themes like this aren’t too common – people seemingly don’t have an appetite for violence. Many prefer the pacifist life…the rolling emerald hills of Ireland, peaceful fishing slots, or a touch of fantasy to transport you to another world.

Base Game & Features
Street Knockout is played on a 6×6 grid and is a Cluster Pays Slot. Wins are formed when 5 or more matching symbols connect horizontally or vertically in a group.
There are 11 regular symbols in total, 5 high-paying character icons and 6 lower-value symbols represented by A to 9 playing card ranks. Depending on the symbol and size of the cluster, payouts range from 0.1x to 100x your stake.
There are also Wild Symbols, which substitute for all symbols except for the Scatter and Golden Fist Symbol.
Every time you land a winning cluster, the Avalanche mechanic kicks in, removing the winning symbols and dropping new ones into the empty spaces, giving you another shot at consecutive wins from a single spin.
Knockout Wilds
In the base game, the knockout feature may trigger on any spin.
During this feature, a random selection of symbol positions are highlighted before symbols drop onto the reels. If any fighter symbol lands on the selected positions, it transforms into a Wild symbol with a multiplier.
Knockout Multipliers
Knockout multipliers appear on the highlighted positions, and the wild multiplier given to it depends on which symbol turns into a Wild.
If the highest paying symbol transforms into a wild, it may trigger the following multipliers: 5x, 7x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 50x, 100x, 500x.
If any other high-paying symbols turn into Wilds, it may trigger the following multipliers: 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 7x, 10x
Multipliers are collected at the top of the reels. If a winning combination occurs, the win is awarded with the multipliers. This is determined by the multipliers above the winning cluster, and are added together and applied to the cluster win.
Knockout Wilds and multipliers may appear during cascades. If there is already a multiplier present above the reels, then the new multiplier is added to it.
Golden Fist
When the Knockout feature is active, one or more Golden Fist symbols can land on the grid alongside regular symbols. Once all winning combinations have been paid, these fists come into play, unleashing one of two powerful modifiers:
Cross Smash – Destroys all symbols in the same row and column as the Golden Fist (excluding Scatters and Wilds), triggering an Avalanche as new symbols drop in.
Low Symbol Wipe – Clears all low-paying symbols from the grid, paving the way for higher-value combinations via another avalanche.
These modifiers not only shake up the grid but also boost your chances of chaining big clusters during the feature.
Free Spins
Landing 4, 5, or 6 Scatter symbols in the base game will activate the Power Bonus, awarding 6, 8, or 10 free spins, respectively. This bonus round retains all the core gameplay mechanics of the base game, but the reel multipliers do not reset between spins.
This persistent multiplier setup gives players the opportunity to stack up big wins over the course of the feature, especially when combined with the Knockout feature and Golden Fist modifiers.

Our Honest Verdict
Fighting slots aren’t that common, but one exists within Hacksaw Gaming’s own catalogue – Fighter Pit. It’s hard not to compare NowNow Gaming’s offering against theirs, or to pit them against each other, if you will.
Both are quite different. Fighter Pit is more of a light-hearted take on combat with unrealistic characters, signature weapons, with a video game-like feel. Street Knockout feels more underground, more dangerous, more like a Fight Club, but don’t tell Brad Pitt that we’re talking about it, as per the rules.
Street Knockout offers up some nice features, though they’re fairly simple and have been seen before. We like the idea of multipliers that add together when wins span different reels, though it can be a frustrating element when cluster wins are confined to 1 or 2 reels.
The multipliers can climb quite significantly, with one symbol possibly spitting out a huge 500x multiplier. When this happens, the excitement and tension are palpable, and the 10,000x win potential feels just within reach.
There’s little negative to say about Street Knockout, but little to make it feel like a heavyweight release. It packs a punch, and is overall a commendable effort from NowNow Gaming.
