Alice Wonderluck Slot Review
Begin an extraordinary adventure full of wonders and surprises in BGaming’s latest release, Alice Wonderluck!
Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Alice Adventures in Wonderland, this game dives into the mysteries of Alice’s mind as she dreams of Cheshire cats, mad hatters, and the ferocious Queen of Hearts. Spiral through amazing discoveries, where every spin reveals the magical secrets of Wonderland in BGaming’s very own Alice Wonderluck.
Many software providers have been inspired by a number of classic children’s novels in their games, with many sharing a fascination with Alice in Wonderland. Games like Alice in WildLand, Greedy Alice, and Alice in Adventureland have all successfully captured the magic of the story, but will Alice Wonderluck have the same appeal? Let’s play on and find out!

Base Game & Features
Displaying 5 reels and 6 rows, Alice Wonderluck is a highly volatile video slot with 50 fixed pay lines and a variety of bet sizes between £.€0.20 and £.€25 per spin. Other statistics include an overall RTP of 97% and a generous max win cap of 10,000x your bet.
Wins are constructed when 2-5 identical symbols land from left to right, beginning from the leftmost reel. Wild symbols substitute for all symbols, except for Scatters, Coins, and Collect symbols. Other symbols include the Made Hatter, Cheshire Cat, Rabbit, Caterpillar, and multiple card suits.
Mystery Symbols
During a game round, special Mystery symbols can appear across the reels. When in view, they will reveal the same High-paying, Low-paying, or Wild symbol to create or enhance a winning combination. In addition, Golden Mystery symbols will activate the Coin Feature and can transform into Coins and/or Collect symbols.
Coins & Collect Feature
Special Coin symbols can drop onto the reels, carrying a unique Multiplier depending on its colour type:
- Bronze Coins: x1, x2, x3, and x5
- Silver Coins: x10, x25, and x50
- Gold Coins: x100, x250, and x500
- Ruby Coins: x1,000
When a Collect symbol comes into contact with Multiplier Coins, it will accumulate all the combined values (leaving empty cells), transform into another Coin, and trigger a Coin Respin. This coin will remain in position while all empty cells are filled with new coins. At the end of the Respin, all coin multipliers are added together and multiplied by your current bet.
Mystery SpinUp & Bonus Buy
- Mystery SpinUp: Guarantees a number of Mystery symbols per spin (+3x your bet)
- 3+ Scatter Trigger: Awards the Free Spins round with 3-5 Scatters (100x your bet)
- 5 Scatter Trigger: Awards the Free Spins round with 5 Scatters (250x your bet)
Free Spins
Landing 3 or more Scatters in the base game triggers the Free Spins mode, awarding 8 Free Spins and a number of Feature Picks:
- 3 Scatters: Awards 3 card picks
- 4 Scatters: Awards 4 card picks
- 5 Scatters: Awards 5 card picks

Feature cards represent individual features that will activate during Free Spins. There are a total of 16 Cards which are divided into 4 types:
- Low Mystery: The low-paying symbol on the card will act as a Mystery symbol each time it appears.
- High Wild: The high-paying symbol on the card will act as a Wild symbol each time it appears.
- Extra Free Spins: Awards +1, +2, +3, or +5 Free Spins.
- Multipliers: This card reveals a Multiplier of x2, x3, x5, or x10 which is applied to all wins during Free Spins, including those created in the Coin Feature.
Try Your Luck
After the Free Spins round has been triggered, you’ll enter the Try Your Luck feature, where you can gamble for more Feature Picks. However, it is important to note that if the feature ends in a ‘no prize’, you’ll lose the entire Free Spins round and return to the base game. In this feature, you can win a total of 9 Feature Picks.
In Free Spins, landing a Scatter symbol awards an additional Feature Pick. The additional Free Spins card will activate immediately, renewing the counter, while cards of other types activate in the next free spin.

Our Verdict
Alice Wonderluck strikes a fine balance between the excitement that players are after in the bonus round and the gameplay that they experience in its pursuit. The Base Game can be fairly eventful, and exciting at times thanks to its coin features. Most of course turn out to be bronze, but the chance at golden, or in this case, Ruby coins, is an exciting prospect in any slot that they feature in.
The Mystery SpinUp feature is a nice touch too, offering guaranteed mystery symbols on each spin. It’s a fairly costly ‘ante bet’ at 3x your stake, but it can be very worth it.
The bonus round on Alice Wonderluck is where the game gets interesting, and its feature cards make it fairly varied. We particularly liked the feature that made high paying symbols act as wilds, and coupled with the low paying mystery symbol conversion it can be quite the combo. If you’re feeling brave, then you can gamble your bonus for more feature picks, but be careful, as landing on the skull will cause you to lose the bonus.
It feels like a slot that doesn’t do anything particularly innovative, relying on the tried and true features instead. We commend it for its presentation of such features, its beloved wonderland theme and its 10,000x max win.
Overall, Alice Wonderluck is no statement, but it’s by no means generic.
