Hugo Legacy Base Game and Features

Hugo Legacy is a 7×7 Video Slot with a Cluster Pays mechanic. Winning combinations are formed when 5 or more of the same symbols land adjacent to each other, either Horizontally or Vertically across the grid.

• Jean-Paul – Selects a random symbol type and forms a winning cluster.

Filling the Telephone Meter with 35 winning symbols will award the Free Spins round. In addition to this, the Telephone Meter can also be Overcharged. Filling the Telephone Meter with 40, 45, or 50 winning symbols will award a stronger Free Spins round.

Once the Telephone Meter reaches 35 winning symbols or more, the Free Spins round is triggered.

Although celebrating its 30th Anniversary, Play’n GO has taken a more laid-back approach to Hugo Legacy. Hugo Carts picked up the pace with its 25,000x max win capabilities, so we were a little baffled to see that Hugo Legacy is only capable of 3,000x as a max win.

That being said, Hugo Legacy is a fun-filled, quality-assured slot that packs a punch when it wants to. The base game gives you a glimpse into the character features by filling the Telephone Meter with 15 winning symbols. Surprisingly, it doesn’t seem too difficult to reach the first hurdle on the Telephone Meter, but keeping the momentum going to unlock Free Spins becomes more of a challenge.

Collecting 35 winning symbols on the Telephone Meter grants you access to the Free Spins round, and overcharging the meter triggers a stronger Free Spins round, where you will start the round with a number of collected Wilds.
