3 Coin Towers Dice Slot Review
A festival at sunset, strings of paper decorations in pink, turquoise and orange swagging across the rooftops, and three tiered pagodas rising behind the reels with neon signs glowing on their facades. Most slots would hang those towers as decoration; here they’re the whole engine, and that’s both the best and most frustrating thing about the game.
Each pagoda owns a bonus game, and which one takes flight decides what kind of round you get, with no say from you. Endorphina has built a festival where the fireworks choose their own moment. The game runs on a 5×3 grid with 30 fixed paylines, and everything that matters hangs off the three towers above it.
Base Game & Features
Wins pay across 30 fixed lines, with only the highest combination per line counting. The dice symbols carry the Chinese characters for eight and seven at the top of the table, and the number eight turns up more than once here.
The wild is a dragon dice that appears in the main game and in Free Games, substitutes for every symbol except BONUS and TOKEN, and expands vertically to complete combinations.
Token Symbols
Green, red and blue GONG token symbols land in both the main game and Free Games, covering other symbols as they arrive. When a token flies off the reels, whatever it uncovers can finish a winning line.
That’s the quiet trick of the base game: a covered symbol snapping back into view can turn a dead spin into a paid one. The paytable itself is built entirely from dice, and it’s a steep drop from top to bottom:
- White dice (eight character) – 2x, 10x, 40x for three, four, five of a kind
- White dice (seven character) – 1x, 4x, 30x
- Pink dice and orange dice – 0.5x, 2x, 10x
- Yellow dice – 0.1667x, 0.5x, 1x
- Blue dice – 0.1667x, 0.5x, 1x
- Red dice – 0.1667x, 0.5x, 1x
- Green dice – 0.1667x, 0.5x, 1x
Five of the top dice pays 40x the line bet. The four low dice barely clear your stake at five of a kind, so the gaps between tiers are wide and the weight lands on the bonus games.
3 Coin Towers Dice Bonus Games
The Lucky Time feature ties everything together. Each of the three pagodas attracts gongs of its own colour: green to the left tower, red to the middle, blue to the right. After drawing in a gong, any pagoda may soar into the sky and set off its bonus game, and only one of them can run at a time.
- Green Pagoda – triggers Free Games
- Red Pagoda – triggers the Hold and Win Bonus Game
- Blue Pagoda – triggers the Moonlight Pick’Em Bonus Game
Activation is random, and it doesn’t shift with the number of tokens already collected. That detail matters. Gongs stack up on screen and the towers light, but nothing is being counted down: the trigger fires when it fires, and three genuinely different bonus games hang off one modifier.
Free Games
The Green Pagoda may set off Free Games, and the number it hands over is striking: 88 free games, played at the same bet as the triggering spin. The eight is doing deliberate work there, in step with the dice at the top of the paytable.
Extra free games can be won while the round runs, and so can the Hold and Win and Pick’Em bonuses, so one trigger can grow into several. Free Games are the one tower that feeds itself.
Hold and Win Bonus Game
The Red Pagoda opens the Hold and Win round. Five BONUS symbols appear on the reels and move to their positions on a 5×3 bonus grid, carrying the prizes shown on them. From there the rules are classic hold-and-win:
- BONUS symbols that land stay in place; empty cells keep the reels spinning
- Three attempts to start – every spin uses one
- Any new BONUS symbol restores the attempts to three
- 15 BONUS symbols collected adds an extra prize on top: the ULTRA JACKPOT
The round ends when the attempts run out or every position is covered, and all BONUS symbol winnings are added together and paid at the end. It runs at the same bet as the initial game.
Fifteen sticky symbols on a 5×3 grid is a tall order, but the reset rule means a single lucky spin can keep the round breathing far longer than three attempts suggests.
Moonlight Pick’Em
The Blue Pagoda opens the Moonlight Pick’Em bonus, a pick-me round in the plainest sense. It’s the quietest of the three towers, but it rounds out the set: one collection round, one free games round, one pick round, each with its own colour of gong feeding it.
The game doesn’t publish an RTP figure for this one either way, so what the towers ultimately pay is a question the rounds themselves answer.
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 7.1/10
This one is mostly waiting under festival lights. Gongs land, towers collect them, and you watch the three pagodas glow while the trigger decides its own moment, because collecting more tokens doesn’t bring it any closer. The reason to choose it is that no two visits feel the same: you never know which tower is going up.
That’s the strength too, and it’s a real one. Three properly different bonus games off a single modifier, with 88 free games that can retrigger and a collection round that can stretch well past its three attempts, is generous architecture for a 5×3 game. The weakness is everything between the towers: below the top two dice, five of a kind barely returns your line bet, so the base game is thin company while you wait.
It’s for players who enjoy the build as much as the payoff, and it isn’t for anyone who wants the reels themselves to pay their way. The festival stays lit either way.
3 Coin Towers Dice FAQs
-
How does the Lucky Time feature work in 3 Coin Towers Dice?
Three pagodas sit above the reels, one green, one red and one blue, and each draws in gongs matching its own colour. Any of the three may then take off and launch the bonus game it owns, though only one can run at a time. The launch is random, and collecting more tokens doesn’t make it any more likely. -
How many free games does 3 Coin Towers Dice award?
The Green Pagoda can trigger the Free Games bonus, which awards 88 free games played at the same bet as the triggering spin. Extra free games can be won during the round, along with the Hold and Win and Pick’Em bonus games. -
How does the Hold and Win bonus work in 3 Coin Towers Dice?
Triggered by the Red Pagoda, the round opens with five BONUS symbols on a 5×3 grid and three attempts. Each spin spends one attempt, and landing any new BONUS symbol restores the count to three. Collecting 15 BONUS symbols awards the extra ULTRA JACKPOT prize, and the round ends when the attempts run out or the grid fills. -
What does the wild do in 3 Coin Towers Dice?
The wild dragon dice substitutes for all symbols except BONUS and TOKEN, and it expands vertically to complete winning combinations. It appears both in the main game and in Free Games. -
What do token symbols do in 3 Coin Towers Dice?
GONG tokens arrive in two places, the main game and Free Games, and each one covers another symbol while it sits on the reels. The symbol underneath is revealed once the token departs, and that reveal can complete a line. Pagodas only draw in gongs that match their own colour. -
Can free games retrigger in 3 Coin Towers Dice?
Yes. Additional free games can be won while the Free Games round is running, and the Hold and Win and Pick’Em bonus games can also be triggered inside the feature. Free Games are played at the same bet as the initial game. -
How many paylines does 3 Coin Towers Dice have?
3 Coin Towers Dice has 30 fixed paylines on a 5×3 grid, with only the highest combination per line counting towards a win. -
