Bass Brothers Slot Review
Grab your fishing rod and become the latest member of the Bass Brothers – the latest Fishing slot from Games Global partner, Nailed It! Games.
We know, another Fishing Slot, but where there’s demand, there’s supply. Bass Brothers is Nailed it! Games first foray into the blue ocean, but perhaps not their last if the audience takes to their game like a fish to water.
It’s hard to quantify just how popular these types of slots are, but the Big Bass Bonanza series still seemingly enjoys the most success. Can Bass Brothers knock it off its pedestal? Can anyone?
A 96.02% RTP and a 5,300x max win make it rather standard, as far as statistics go, but perhaps its features will be anything but regular.

Base Game & Features
Bass Brothers is a highly volatile 5-reel Video Slot with 20 fixed pay lines. Wins are generated when 3-5 identical symbols land from left to right, starting from reel 1.
This game has many paytable symbols available, of which there are 5 high-paying, 6 low-paying, and a single Wild symbol. When a 3, 4, or 5-of-a-kind symbol match hits, a fixed payout between 0.2x and 10x your bet applies.
Wild symbols represented by safety rings substitute for all symbols except Cash, Jackpot, Collect, and Respin symbols.

Cash & Jackpot Symbols
Special Cash symbols carrying values between 0.5x and 7x your bet appear on all reels per spin. In addition, up to 3 Jackpot Prizes of Minor (10x), Major (50x), and Mega (500x) may also appear on the reels.
When Cash symbols land on the reels without a Collect symbol, they count towards triggering the Bonus Spin feature.

Collect & Respin Symbols
When a Collect symbol lands in the same spin as Cash and/or Jackpot symbols on a reel, it will successfully collect each of their values and apply them to the total win.
If a Multiplier above x1 is available atop the reel(s), the total win amount is multiplied by the relevant Reel Multiplier.
Alternatively, when a Respin symbol hits, it will automatically trigger the Respin Feature (with or without Cash/Jackpot symbols present).
During this time, Collect, Respin, and Jackpot symbols are held until the end of the feature. However, landing an additional Respin symbol will award +1 Respin, respectively.
At the end of the feature, the Respin symbol acts as a Collect symbol, gathering the total win amount of all Cash and/or Jackpot symbols in view.

Bonus Spin
A Bonus Spin is triggered when a random number of Cash, Jackpot, or Collect symbols fall onto the reels throughout gameplay.
Once active, the Bonus Spin guarantees to award a big payout, with the more symbols collected, the higher the chance of triggering the Bonus Spin.

Reel Multipliers
During gameplay, the individual Reel Multipliers, starting at x1, are boosted when a Collect symbol fails to collect Cash and/or Jackpot Prizes in the same spin.
Reel Multipliers are designed to boost the value of all Cash symbols upon collection on the reels, up to a maximum of x10.
After a reel multiplier is applied to a Collect symbol, it is reset to x1 for the next spin.
Our Honest Verdict
Bass Brothers can be quite entertaining, but it’s not particularly noteworthy as far as fishing slots go.
We don’t think that Nailed it! Games were out to reinvent the rod, but they’ve at least succeeded at making something that isn’t completely generic. Thankfully. Mrs Bass had many sons – enough in fact that there’s conveniently a brother for every reel. The reel multiplier on each of them serves to enhance wins, but the main focus here is the static jackpots.
None are particularly “huge”, but perhaps they’ve favoured achievability over quantity.
Overall, Bass Brothers is bang average in some regards, like its RTP of 96.02% and fixed max win cap of 5,300x, but we think it’s a fine instalment if you’re a sucker for fishing slots.
