The strength is that the stacking modifiers make every trigger feel different. A round with all four running is a genuinely different animal to a solo Prosperity trigger, and the 100x zones give even a modest screen a shot at mattering. The weakness is everything either side of the trigger: the line pays are close to decorative, and long quiet stretches are the price of the build. This one belongs to players who enjoy the slow filling and can stomach the silence between rounds. Anyone after frequent hits will find the river runs far too slow.
