Multi Heart 10

Multi Heart 10 Slot Review

A fruit machine cabinet drifts in a dark red void, its reels bolted into a polished-gold frame studded with rivets, tiny sparks floating up from an amber glow along the bottom edge. Multi Heart 10, from REDSTONE, is rarer than it looks: a modern slot where the paytable has exactly one interesting row and one feature, and the game is honest enough to build everything around them.

It runs on a 5×3 grid with 10 paylines, and it sits alongside Double Wild Heart Halloween and Wild Crown 1000 in the studio’s glossy, gold-heavy corner of the retro arcade. No RTP or volatility figures are published for this one. What you get instead is fruit, gold and a heart that pays best when it shows up in threes.

Base Game & Features

The layout is the classic one: five reels, three rows, ten fixed paylines numbered one to ten in the paylines panel. Wins pay left to right, and only the highest combination on a line counts. That’s the whole machine, mechanically speaking.

Each payline is a fixed route across the five reels, and every one of the ten is always active. There’s no way to reduce the count or concentrate the stake on a favoured line. A line win needs at least three matching symbols from the leftmost reel onwards, and the same symbol can contribute to wins on several lines at once.

Because the lines criss-cross, a full middle reel of one symbol often feeds several winning routes on the same spin. That’s a design choice the heart exploits: filling reels two, three and four puts a wild in position on nearly every route the game knows.

The heart is wild and stands in for every paying symbol. Everything else on the reels is straight fruit-machine stock, and the pays step down sharply from there.

The paytable, as multiples of stake:

• 7 – 3x for three, 7x for four, 100x for five
• Bell / Grapes – 2x for three, 5x for four, 20x for five
• Strawberry / Watermelon / Banana – 2x for three, 4x for four, 10x for five
• Plum / Orange / Lemon / Cherry – 1x for three, 2x for four, 5x for five

It’s a top-heavy ladder. The 7 is worth five times what the runner-up bell pays at the top end, and the bottom tier barely covers a spin. The middle groups share their values, so a strawberry line pays exactly what a watermelon line pays, and the same is true of the four fruits at the bottom. Symbol identity within a tier doesn’t matter; only the tier does.

Three-of-a-kind wins dominate the frequency of the ladder simply because they’re the cheapest to land. A five-symbol line of anything below the bell pays less than a single three-symbol line of 7s, which tells you where the game wants your attention.

Everything the game pays out is built from that ladder and the heart multipliers stacked on top of it. The arithmetic of any spin is the same arithmetic you can do from the list above before you’ve placed a bet.

Multi Heart 10 Bonus Features

There’s one feature here, and the game is named after it. No free spins, no bonus buy, no second screen. The heart carries all of it.

Expanding Wild Heart

The heart symbol appears on the second, third and fourth reels, and it’s an expanding wild. When it lands, it stretches to fill its reel and stands in for any paying symbol.

The multiplier depends on how many reels fill at once:

• One heart expanded – win multiplied by x2
• Two hearts expanded – win multiplied by x3
• Three hearts expanded – win multiplied by x5

What the heart can and can’t do, in plain terms:

• It fills the entire reel it lands on, top to bottom
• It substitutes for every paying symbol, from the 7 down to the cherry
• Its multiplier applies to wins that pass through it
• It never lands on the first or fifth reel
• It has no paytable value of its own and can’t form a winning line alone

Because the hearts only occupy the middle three reels, they can’t form their own line of five. What they can do is complete one across the reels the fruit can’t reach, and stack the multiplier on top. Hearts on reels two and three together triple the result, and the same applies to any other pair.

The biggest realistic line is a 7 on reels one and five with hearts filling everything between, which combines the paytable’s top prize with the full x5 multiplier. No single spin can do better than that combination of best symbol and full expansion, and it’s the combination the whole game is angled towards.

When only one heart expands, the x2 multiplier still rescues otherwise ordinary lines. A three-symbol plum line doubles from 1x to 2x, which is the same as a four-symbol line of the same fruit. The feature’s value scales all the way down the ladder, not just at the top.

Our Honest Verdict

Overall Rating: 6.2/10

This is a waiting game dressed in gold trim. You spin, the fruit pays scraps, and the only reason to sit down at this cabinet rather than a dozen others is the heart: watching reels two, three and four fill together, and hoping the 7s show up on either side when they do. That’s the whole appeal, and on its best spins it’s enough.

The strength is how sharply the game focuses on that one idea. Every win routes through the heart, and the x5 full-expansion moment is real tension on a machine this simple. The weakness is the flatness around it: the fruit pays table money, the ladder has a single step worth caring about, and the quiet spells between hearts give you nothing but rivets to look at.

It’s for players who still enjoy the classic shape and want one modern idea in it, not for anyone who needs free spins, bonus buys or a number worth chasing across sessions. Taken as a five-reel fruit machine with a single trick, the heart makes that trick count, and the cabinet around it looks the part.

Multi Heart 10 FAQs

• What does the Expanding Wild Heart do in Multi Heart 10?

The heart symbol is an expanding wild that appears on the second, third and fourth reels. It fills its reel and substitutes for any paying symbol. One expanded heart multiplies the win by x2, two hearts by x3 and all three by x5.
• Which reels can the heart symbol land on in Multi Heart 10?

The heart only appears on the middle three reels: the second, third and fourth. It can’t land on reels one or five, which is why it works as a line-completer and multiplier rather than a paying symbol in its own right.
• What is the most valuable symbol in Multi Heart 10?

The 7 is the top payer, worth 3x your stake for three, 7x for four and 100x for five. The next best symbol, the bell or grapes, pays 20x for five, so the 7 sits well clear of the rest of the paytable.
• What is the biggest win possible in Multi Heart 10?

There’s no published maximum win for Multi Heart 10. The best a line can be is five 7s with all three middle reels filled by expanding hearts, which stacks the paytable’s top prize with the full x5 multiplier.
• Does Multi Heart 10 have free spins or a bonus buy?

No. The Expanding Wild Heart is the game’s only feature, and there’s no free spins round, second-screen bonus or bonus buy option. Everything happens on the base reels.
• How many paylines does Multi Heart 10 have?

Multi Heart 10 has 10 paylines, all permanently active, numbered one to ten. You can’t reduce the count or weight your stake towards particular lines.
• What is the grid size of Multi Heart 10?

Multi Heart 10 uses a 5×3 grid: five reels and three rows, with the expanding heart wild restricted to the middle three reels.
• Do the fruit symbols pay differently in Multi Heart 10?

No. The fruits are grouped into shared tiers: strawberry, watermelon and banana all pay the same, and plum, orange, lemon and cherry share a lower tier. Only the tier matters, not the individual symbol.
• Who makes Multi Heart 10?

Multi Heart 10 is made by REDSTONE, whose fruit-machine output also includes Double Wild Heart Halloween and Wild Crown 1000. Multi Heart 10’s release date is 17 September 2026.
