Suck from Shady Lady is a game about appetite, self-control, and never quite getting enough. It is set inside a polished, hyper-bright version of modern life, where indulgence is effortless, regret is instant, and self-improvement is packaged as something you buy your way into.

At the centre of gameplay is a chain-smoking, binge-eating chap named Tucker, trapped between two checkout lines owned by the same cheerful brand. One sells him exactly what he craves, while the other sells him the dream of fixing the damage his bad habits have caused him. He moves back & forth without pause, ordering, fixing, and repeating, while the reels mirror that rhythm in endless motion.

Tempting the Devil on our shoulder, the grid reveals towering stacks of burgers, pizzas, hot dogs, & dipping sauces, turning abundance into volatility. Multipliers flare up, only to vanish again, and when the pump kicks in, it does not just clear space; it inflates what remains, pushing the risk & reward higher while only appearing to move things forward.

Once enough food has been consumed to unlock the Free Spins mode, the game shifts its focus, making payouts edge closer as Multipliers grow, transforming overindulgence into possibility & hope.

Shady Lady is a studio that has built its identity by refusing to play it safe. Their growing portfolio is defined by games that deliberately step outside the usual comfort zone of slots. While most studios lean on fantasy or mythology, Shady Lady goes in the other direction, choosing themes that are uncomfortable, provocative, & daring.

Much like Nolimit City, each release is designed to provoke a reaction from players, exploring ideas that no other provider dares touch. This mindset is what makes Suck feel like a natural order rather than a one-off experiment. With a fixed RTP of 96.06% and a high (9/10) volatility score, this game promotes a ‘healthy’ max win potential of 20,000x your bet

Base Game & Features

Suck is the latest Shady Lady instalment, and their first release for 2026, consisting of 6 reels, 5 rows, and a Scatter Pays mechanic. Paytable symbols confirm wins when 8-20 matching symbols land anywhere on the grid, regardless of their positions.

The Pizza Slice is the highest-paying symbol, followed by the Hot Dog, Drumstick, Fries, Lighter, Salt, Beer Top, & Cigarette. After a spin is complete, each winning symbol will award a fixed payout between 0.5x and 100x your bet.

The Avalanche Feature comes into effect when a winning combination occurs, causing all winning symbols to be removed from the grid, making room for new symbols to drop in from above. This continues until no further wins occur in the same spin.

Life on a Plate

During gameplay, a Giant Burger may randomly appear on the grid, between 2×2 and 5×5 in size. Once in view, the Giant Burger will reveal a random Mystery Prize from the paytable. Furthermore, a random number of hot-sauce bottles also appear on the grid.

…Some Hot-Sauce With That?

In a single spin, Hot-Sauce Bottles can randomly drop onto the grid or be revealed by the Giant Burger symbol. Once in view, each Hot-Sauce Bottle will explode after all avalanche events, and after all wins are paid out.

When they do, they spread Hot-Sauce across the grid in a random linear pattern, with certain positions revealing Multipliers. Empty hot-sauce bottles & their positions are removed from play, triggering an additional avalanche event.

However, Hot-Sauce Multipliers are collected at the end of the spin, added together, & applied to the total win of the session. If 2 Hot-Sauce Multipliers occupy the same position, their values are added together before being collected. For any unexploded hot-sauce bottles, there is a chance to reactivate them should additional avalanche events occur.

Suck: Free Spins

Landing 3 Scatters in the base game triggers the Free Spins mode, awarding 6 Free Spins.

During this mode, the LipoSuck Pro Pump becomes available. After each spin, the gauge connected to the pump will spin, and if it lands within the Green Area, the pump will trigger. The pump has 4 distinct levels, each associated with a Multiplier of 2x, 3x, 5x, and 10x your bet.

Once active, the pump will ‘suck fat’ from Tucker until a random Level is achieved, which allows the corresponding Multiplier to be applied to all wins for that spin. Occasionally, Tucker can be seen kicking the pump, which leads to either a simple Level Upgrade or a combination of collected Multipliers from a higher level.

Each time a Multiplier Upgrade symbol hits, it increases the value of all Pump Levels between x2 and x5, with each level having a cap associated with it:

  • Level 1: Between 2x and 10x your bet
  • Level 2: Between 3x and 100x your bet
  • Level 3: Between 5x and 500x your bet
  • Level 4: Between 10x and 2,000x your bet

In addition to the Multiplier Upgrade symbol, another 2 Special symbols can appear during this time:

  • Extra Spin: Awards +1 Free Spin upon its appearance
  • Gauge Upgrade: Increases the activation area of the gauge, making the pump activation more likely

Super Free Spins

Alternatively, landing 4 Scatters in the base game triggers the Super Free Spins mode, awarding 8 Free Spins. This mode maintains the same mechanics from the standard Free Spins mode, with the following additions:

  • Pump activation only resets on a Pump Multiplier Win. This means gauge upgrades can carry over between spins
  • The Multiplier caps for each Level increase to: Level 1 (20x), Level 2 (200x), Level 3 (1,000x), Level 4 (9,999x)

Our Honest Verdict

Shady Lady’s Suck is once again a macabre release from a studio that has quietly cornered a large part of the grotesque slot market. Games like Sew, Orphan Organ, and others are not just weird; they are actively unsettling, and Suck fits neatly into that same disturbing catalogue.

At its core, the game is a twisted look at the vices that hold so many people in their grip: fast food, alcohol and the comforting pull of a cigarette to wash it all down. Humans are uniquely good at slowly destroying ourselves from the inside out, and Shady Lady’s Suck feels like a dark reminder of that.

It is the kind of slot that makes you think about going to the gym, or, if hard work is not your thing, maybe even reaching for a shot of Mounjaro instead.

The game itself is fairly disgusting, but also undeniably intriguing, and it is as feature-rich as we have come to expect from Shady Lady. The Life on a Plate symbol acts as a recurring giant symbol, appearing in different sizes and changing how effective it can be.

The ‘…Some Hot-Sauce With That?’ feature boosts winning potential through multipliers, while the LipoSuck Pro Pump in Free Spins pulls everything together with a level system that ramps up and significantly increases potential as the bonus progresses.

When the game is at its best, you might be too fat to move, but your wallet could be much healthier, thanks to a 20,000x maximum win. That is a serious number and very much in line with the rest of the Shady Lady catalogue.

All in all, Suck is not Shady Lady’s premier release, and it is certainly not a picture of good health, but it is another title that reinforces their reputation as true industry troublemakers.
